It was already one year later. Time flew by so fast. I sat outside by the stables with Angus and Toothless. I leaned my head against the wooden post and looked up at Merida's window. Her bedroom light had gone out much earlier. I almost couldn't believe I was leaving without saying goodbye. I sighed and got up. It would be too painful to say goodbye. Toothless gave me a look as I walked up to him.
"What?! I want to say goodbye but I just can't." He pouted, his eyes getting bigger. I shook my head, "No! Don't give me that look!" I said. He looked up to Merida's window sadly before getting up. I mounted him and he spread his wings. Suddenly we were in the air.
