[Craig---->]
I walked to the table and pulled out a chair for Andrea then sat next to her as my mom brought the food to the table. She made lasagna, green beans, salad, and Mexican rice, she puts alot of different food together but never wants to make my chicken and French fries.
As she sat down, we all joined hands and said grace then, began eating. For about 10 minutes it was quiet then my mom started asking questions, again.
"So, how do you know Craig, Drea?" She asked.
"Oh, uh. We has all of the same classes at school." Andrea said, holding her hands over her mouth because she still had food in her mouth. "You're a great cook, Mrs. Katrina." Andrea complemented, taking a drink from her cup.
"Thank you. What do you aspire to be or go to college for?" My mom asked, I was just starring at the floor like it was interesting.
"Uh, I'm not really good at much but I love kids. I might be a children's pediatrician or a teacher." Andrea is killing these questions, I would die.
"Sounds good, Andrea, you're a very pretty girl and you have very nice hair." My dad complemented, I got nervous, I haven't talked to Andrea about the reason why we moved, yet.
"Um, thanks." Andrea said, observing her two braids.
"So, Andrea, are you dating anyone?" My dad asked, I immediately pulled the yellow tablecloth so my drink fell on me, to change the subject.
"Awe, dang, mom, can you hand me some napkins?" She nodded getting up and handing me the paper towels.
"So, Andrea, Do you have a job?" My mom asked.
"No ma'am, I don't." Andrea sighed, embarrassed.
"Oh, well would you like to babysit with Craig?" my dad asked, I got slightly mad, I knew what he was doing.
"Yes sir, that'd be great." She replied, smiling at me, I put on a bray face, knowing that wouldn't be a good idea.
"Splendid, you can start tomorrow, Andrea. Now, I don't want to bore you with a plethora of queries so this is the last." my mother began. I knew what was about to happen. In my mind I was like, "Hello lonely life." but I still wanted to see what Drea would say.
"Do you like my son?" My mother asked. Andrea turned to me and smiled.
"Yes ma'am, I have taken a liking to him. But, of course, I would want your approval." Andrea said, turning back to my mother.
"Absolutely, Craig?" My parents said in unison as I snapped out of starring at Drea.
"Don't you have something you'd like to ask Andrea?" My dad asked, smiling.
"Oh yeah. Andrea, will you be my girlfriend?" I asked nervously. She smile.
"Yeah, I'd love to." I pressed my lips against hers as my parents and my siblings.
"Eww, Cwaig, has cooties." my little brother said as we laughed breaking the kiss.
"Andrea?" My mom asked ruining the moment.
"Yes ma'am." Andrea looked towards her.
"Its about 12:00 a.m. Shouldn't you be heading home sweet." Andrea's eyes widened.
"Oh, yeah, I have to go. Is it okay for Craig to walk me home?" She asked and stood up as my parents nodded in approval.
"It was nice to meet you, Andrea." my mother said, hugging her.
"Very nice." my dad said, shaking her hand.
"Same to you, I have to go. See you tomorrow." she smiled as we walked out.
