When Lucy reached the top of the stairs, she had found herself in a long corridor. Taking a deep breath of relief, Lucy went forward as the footprints she left would soon fade from the floor. She saw the door grow larger and windows that looked into outer space appeared on both sides of the corridor. Lucy gave a quick glance at the door and noticed it had random symbols and numbers on it.

Okay, I'm sure it's the final door to the citadel. Everyone- I'm here.

She gripped the handles and pushed it inwards to enter the room. There stood a giant arena with sealed off bleachers and a dome that covered the top.

"I finally made it the top of the citadel! Now, where is everyone?" Lucy went further into the room when several lights revealed who sat in the seats.

There stood her friends and family who banged on the glass panels. Lucy rushed over to them and hopped up to the ledges. She concentrated on some energy in her right hand and punched at the glass.

"Hold on, I'll get you all out! Give me a few minutes." She replied before Ignis pressed up on the other side; Cheyanne, Yori, Tex, and Percy were behind him.

"Lucy! You have to be careful, they're going to fight you all at once. Don't let them push you into that form, you hear me?" Ignis yelled loud enough so she could hear him.

Arch with the others and her parents then came to see her. Lux put his hand on the panel while Clara almost cried from seeing her. Lucy looked at them and nodded as she put her hand on the glass to meet her father's.

"I understand, once this fighting is done with. We're all going home together so cheer for me because I need all the motivation possible." She saw Talai give her a thumbs up and smiled at him.

Ralph came up from behind the group and did a peace sign to her. Soon a monitor lit up from across the bleachers, Spades stood front and center. Then came a round of applause with his followers stepping into the arena.

"I must congratulate you on making it this far. The countless fights you had taken part in, the struggle of victory after victory. Such a strong person like that deserves a reward fit for them." He pointed to her. "That is why, my followers: Luna, Sai, Ruby, Az, Bane, and Wall will fight you all at once. Then you can fight me like you wanted to, how does that sound?"

Lucy hopped off into the ring and went to the middle. The others lined up side by side and faced her on the opposite side. She looked at each one before Spades and then to the bleachers.

"You're on, I'll take all of them out and then you're next!" Lucy shouted at him.

Spades leaned back in his chair and laughed.

"Excellent, with no further objections the fighting will commence in a moment. We'll see if your powers can prevail against the odds, fallen angel."

Cheyanne sighed to herself and kicked at the glass.

"If only we could help her, I know we can cheer her on. Though, we're stuck here with no way out since Spades made this glass unbreakable."

Percy took a puddle of blood and molded it into a toothpick size needle. He stabbed at the glass with it bouncing off and landing a few feet away.

"Arch said he had no spells that would work. I doubt Psy's chainsaw could cut through or hellfire from Ignis." Percy sat down in a seat and began to mold more blood in his hands.

Yori furrowed her brow in deep thought when she saw Princess and gasped.

"Wait a minute, we could still break out! Princess has awesome mind powers and she could think up a way to get us out."
