Dec 9I woke up early the next morning because Jaemin suddenly hugged me really tightly
"No, I love you and I will never leave you" Jaemin mumbles and squishes me even tighter"Jaemin, wake up" I whisper and look at Jaemin in the eyes
Jaemin started crying and shouted "Why can't life be fair"
I shook Jaemin to wake him up and he finally did
When he woke up he gave me a kiss on my lips "Phew, you are safe"
"Did you have a nightmare" I ask Jaemin and he nods "The usual type?" I ask he shakes his head"My dream had you in an accident and you were unconscious for 5 days" Jaemin said hugging me tighter
"Don't worry I am safe" I say snuggling my face into his chest
"I know and I am very happy about that" Jaemin says returning to his usual self
We walk downstairs and see Haechan snuggled up in Mark's chest
"Hi LoveBirds" Jaemin and I say walking to the couch
"Hi extreme lovebirds" Haechan says holding Mark's hand
"This is getting a bit obvious now" Mark says giggling at Haechan
"Oh my, you guys are a cute couple" Jaemin says
Haechan kisses Mark on the cheeks but Mark pulls Haechan into a kiss on the lips and Haechan returns it immediately
"How many lovebirds do we live with again" Johnny says walking downstairs with Jaehyun"Lost count" Jaehyun says walking into the kitchen with Johnny
"Hey Claire" Johnny says giving me a high five which I obviously don't ignore
"I am gonna head upstairs now" Jaemin announces
"Are you coming with me?" Jaemin adds after leaving me in confusion"Okay then" I say running upstairs with Jaemin
We enter the room and lay down since we had no other plans for that day
I went to take a shower and came back after 15-20 minutes and so did Jaemin though he said he wanted to take an hour long shower
I sat down on my bed and Jaemin sat beside me and we were just starting at each other until Lucas went into the room and shouted "Our manager is calling again" which shocked both of usWe went downstairs to see all the others already there and answering the video call
"So as you know, Claire is now an SM Rookie" the Manager starts speaking
Everyone in the room claps including the manager which surprised the other members
"There is an additional surprise" He says which catches everyone else's attention except Jaemin and mine since we already know
"Next year on March she is going to debut in NCT Z, a new NCT unit that we specifically created" he said and all the other members looked at me
"You are going to be an NCT member?" Johnny shouts and hugs me
"Also, I know you guys are on Winter break but Claire must come to the company on December 18 for her official SMRookies photo shoot" their manager said and nodded
The call ended and all the members we're looking at me
"How did you get this opportunity without even auditioning?" Johnny said to me which made me laugh
"I kind of auditioned but through NCT lives I guess?" I said laughing
"Well I am proud of my girlfriend and her achievements" Jaemin said giving me a peck on my forehead
"Did SM announce that the two of you are dating?" Jungwoo asked
"Nope, not yet, they will announce it when they post my SM Rookie teaser photos" I said to Jungwoo
"Oh, that's gonna take a while" Jeno says using his phone
"I know, it does not matter anyways, at least it was not Dispatch that caught the two of you" Jungwoo says standing to leave
"I'm going to be upstairs" Jungwoo says walking up the stairs"Same here" Jaemin says leaving me and Jeno together in the room
