When everyone jumped off the roof, we were given 'the grand tour'.

All I've gathered is that it is dark, cold and somewhat menacing. Maybe I could fit in here? It reminded me of my soul. Dull and dark. (more on that later)

We were shown the dormitory, which was unisex and I was not enthusiastic about that at all. It would be an inevitable that people hooked up and had sex or something, which I was equally unenthusiastic about. On each bed was a pile of clothes, red and black. I had the choice of black leather pants or red sweatpants. I chose the leather pants.

Ron took the bunk across from mine and I noticed him struggle into his pants. He must have picked the leather pants, too.

"Hey, how's your leg?" I asked him, as he had landed funny earlier.

"I've got pins and needles and I am not enjoying it one bit. Please help." He replies. He's so melodramatic, I have to laugh. If only there were people like this in Candor. None of them had a sense of humor and would easily get offended if you told a joke. Too stuck up, if you ask me.

"C'mon, you yap. Let's join the others."

We followed the crowd out of the dormitory as Ron hobbled along. This place is totally different. It's exciting and terrifying at the same time. My parents... God knows what they think of me. They could be disappointed, or they could be happy. I won't know for another while, but that depends on whether they'll visit me or not. What if I made the wrong choice? What if I don't make it? Will I even stand a chance? There are so many queries rushing around in my head that I don't realise that we are at a food court of some sort. I shake the thoughts from my head. I will make it... I hope.

Ron and I walk over to a table which consisted of his Erue friends who transferred and 2 Abnegation. It was rare that abnegation transferred, let alone two. Maybe they were best friends and couldn't live without one another. They were quiet, still getting used to the hectic atmosphere surrounding them. I sigh and turn towards Ron and his small group. He introduces me to 4 people. Rusty, Tyler, Abigail and Patrick. They seemed lovely but I don't think I will be able to deal with Abigail's annoying, nasily voice for the rest of my life. I take in their features; Rusty is handsome, with dark brown curly hair and green eyes. Almost like a model you would have seen in the old magazines. Tyler had glasses that seemed to enhance his grey eyes. His hair was flat and a dull blonde. Not much going for him, if I'm honest. Abigail, however, was pretty. Red hair, freckles and piercing blue eyes. She was a girl you would want to look like. Patrick was cute, button nose with spots on his forehead. His smile emphasized the crinkles around his eyes. They were an odd bunch, but hey... Opposites attract, right?

I hear the clanging of cups on tables and look around to see why everyone is excited. My eyes find a balcony, about 15 foot off the ground. There I see the people I saw earlier but their group has multiplied. The small man clears his throat before he speaks.

"Alright, as it is a night for welcoming our new initiates, I want you all to make them feel at home. Initiates, meet back at your dormitory at 7:30. A fellow leader and I will be going over the 'agenda' so to speak. You will also meet your instructor. That is all."

I glance at the clock on the wall as he turns around which was followed by eruptive cheers. It was 6:38. I had a while so I decided that I would look around for a bit. I said goodbye to Ron and his friends and set off. I didn't know where I was going at first and that was fruatrating but I finally found myself at the so-called 'pit'. There was a few people lurking about but other than that, it was empty. I felt so lost. I didn't even know the time. I searched around for a clock and finally found one. I litterally had 5 minutes to get to the dormitory otherwise I would be grilled. I asked one of the members which way it was and apparently it was straight ahead. I found it eventually... And I felt like a deer in headlights. Everyone was already here. Including the leaders.

"Nice of you to grace us with your presence." The leader with the piercings said. I sighed. I really do not like this guy.

"I got lost." I murmured as I walked towards the group. Embarrassment clouded my features as I stood beside Ron. I pushed my hair behind my ear and saw that the pierced asshole of a leader was giving me the evils. Is that just his face or what is the deal. I have to ignore it... I will ignore it.

I hope.
