Scene 3 (Fast Forwarding)

After months of Kairav's surgery, Kairav was doing well, with his mom and dad's love.

But Naira and Kartik were too broken. With all the events that took place after she came back, it was roller coaster ride but now it's complete silence that have engulfed them. They haven't talked anything to each other, except for Kairav. They remembered and shared tidbits of their past through Kairav. They gave their best, but their laughs and smiles for their child, were ebbing away with time.

Though the situation Kartik and Naira, were in, they didn't let it affect Kairav at any cost. For the first month after surgery, it was going as Kartik and Naira planned for Kairav. Kartik was extremely strict with others. No one in the house had any say in the matter or decisions relating to Kairav. It was either Naira or Kartik himself, whenever it came to Kairav.

Kairav was happy to be with his dad and mom together. But, Naira was worried. She knew Kairav was happy to be with his dad and Kartik gave his cent percent to Kairav, but Kairav was losing his childlike carefree character. Kairav was a child with his heart in hands. He wasn't shy to share his heart with anyone. But now, he is being careful with his talks. He is talking less, thinking a lot, questioning less and observing a lot.
He was himself, when he was around her and Kartik but he grew extremely shy when with rest of the Goenka family or just any stranger.

Worrying about Kairav, Naira shared her concern with her brother Naksh. Naksh asked Naira to move in with them, but she knew it won't be easy. Kairav's world revolved around his mom and dad. She was doubtful of Kairav agreeing to living away from his father. She started frequently paying visit to Singhania's with Kairav, to make him at ease with the Singhania's house too.

Naira's situation in Goenka's was nothing anyone was unaware of. And Kairav was no exception. He lived with his mom, since his birth, and even though he was just a small child, he was particularly aware of all of his mom's expressions. No matter what her words were, he knew her.

He could see his parents being together. He loved being around his dad being cheerful, but with time, his attention diverted back to his mom. She used to be all superwoman, but now he could see, his mom being tender, lost and sad.

After two months of surgery, Naira decided to shift to Singhania's with Kairav. To her surprise, Kairav was interested in going to Singhania's more than anything. Kairav has seen how her mom is at Singhania's. And he himself preferred Singhania's more than Goenka's.

Kartik and Goenka family objected to it, but seeing Kairav's interest to be with his mom, Kartik decided to allow Naira and Kairav to move, on conditions that he will meet Kairav as and whenever he wants.

Naira brought Kairav to visit to Goenka's frequently.
Kartik and Naira, took Kairav to visit hospital for the follow ups and checks ups.

But this family was far from being normal. They were struggling with themselves.
