Liza was ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door since long. She tried calling a number, but it remained unattended. She was about to call again when she heard the faint ringtone. "That's her ringtone. Why is she not picking up the phone? Is she not inside?" Liza wondered as she was trying to reach to Naira since long.

Liza was out of the city for two days. But since she returned, she was trying to call Naira. She came to Naira's Goa residence as soon as she reached the city and here, she was standing Infront of the door, unsure of the situation and Naira. Liza had the spare key to this house in her home. She decided to bring that but before that she thought to check on with the owners if they know about anything.

Liza went to the ask the owners but was told that they don't know about her whereabouts and also that they received the final payment from Naira, but since the rent tenure was still not over, Naira wanted to keep the house for few more days before she leaves. Liza knew that Naira will be leaving soon from Goa, but, "But if Naira was leaving Goa, she would have definitely informed me about it. And her phone..." She wondered. She wanted to call back to Udaipur. But she was unsure of calling Singhani Sadan yet. She pondered over calling Kairav's father but then decided against it, Liza went back to get the set of spare keys from her home.

In the hospital, Naksh finally got to meet Naira as she was shifted from ICU to a private room. She was recovering, the doctors noted and informed, but she was supposed to be under observation for now.

"Naira..." Naksh smiled for Naira. He sent a thankful prayer to the omnipresent. He was scared before, but when he saw Naira in the ICU through that window and saw her, trying to smile, he knew he needs to get himself together for her. Naira is trying and so will he, for his sister, he will be brave enough for himself and her, to get through this.

"Bhai..." Naksh heard his sisters faint call. He nodded. He was by her side as he caressed her forehead.

"Bhai..." Naksh wanted to give her a hug but was scared to hurt her in anyway, as she had tubes and wire likes medical supplies attached to her. "Haan. Naira. Tu theek hai. Hmm?" He told yet questioned her at the same time.

Naira tried to nod a little and tried to smile and then she asked for, "Bhai...Kairav?"

"Theek hai Naira. Kairav theek hai. Abhi toh school bhi gaya hai.", Naksh immediately responded.

"Bhai..." Naira said in a tone that pained Naksh. Her tone was happy yet sad, thankful yet sorrowful. He didn't want her to think anything. He was there for her and he wanted to assure her.

"I'm here Naira." Naksh wanted to give all the assurance that he can to her. He was there for her. She is not alone. Her brother is there for her. He wanted to convey it all to her. The doctors told him about the precautions that needs to be taken. The doctors wanted to know if their patient went through something to understand the cause for her heart attack. Naksh told them about everything. Post that, the doctors had advised Naksh about how Naira is, physically as well as emotionally, very weak post her attack. She needs to be assured that she is not alone. She needs to be relaxed.

Naksh did think about Kartik. He knew that Kartik is the one whose sole assurance can cure Naira more than anyone else. But...
