"Teresa!" I shouted through the courtyard as I ran towards the Slammer.

"Thomas?" She replied.

"Yeah! Its me! You can come out now." I slowed down and pulled out the key to the lock, sticking it in and pulling the door open giddily. I was like a butterfly, going everywhere, feeling high in the sky. Teresa looked at me as she steppe out slowly, cautiously.

"See? This is great!"

"What is?" Teresa asked, staring at me.

"You being out. Now we can talk. You know, about...stuff?"

She looked around and shrugged. "Okay."

"Great! Well, lets go get you some food." I immediately grabbed her hand and started hauling her to where Frypan was to get here some lunch.

Upon our arrival, Frypan set down a whopping plate of sandwiches, saying nothing but, "Have at it."

She gingerly picked one up, took a bite, and moaned softly. "So good.."

I assumed that after being in the box, she must have been quite hungry.

"So," she said, on her second sandwich. "What do you want to talk to me about?"

"Well.." I started, "I want to know how you knew my name when I hadn't told you it."

She looked at her food, swallowed, then looked back at me with her electric eyes. "Its like...it was just there. In my mind, I mean. I feel like we know each other but can't place the time of when we did."

"You do actually look familiar, now that I think about it." I stated it, and it almost sounded like a question. I flashed a toothy smile.

"Maybe we were lovers in a different life and we found each other again."

Teresa laughed, a nice lilting one. "Hah! As if, and you wish."

I whispered to myself. "I kinda do.."

I looked away as her eyes got big with recognition.
