Why to ship it
Literally is shipped because the story revolves around Izuku with her being the only female that he regularly talks to with them both being the lead hero and heroine. Both are showing obvious means that they like the other in a more personal way than friends and get very flustered over the littlest things they do.
Why to sink it
It is literally a relationship between two cinnamon rolls that are too embarrassed to make the first move. Because of that, most people doubt it will get past a friendship stage.
Honest opinion
If you have seen my account, I don't think you can say I don't ship it. Horikoshi apparently even said that this is a paring that he desires to do in canon from what I've looked up. So if you do not ship it, I'm sorry but you can't fight that this will most likely be a thing to happen in canon.
