Why to ship it
Outside Uraraka, Asui has interacted with Midoriya more than most in the student body.
Why to sink it
Outside the USJ arc, they literally have no major interaction in the actual story.
Honest opinion
They do look cute together, but I don't think Asui would see Midoriya in that way without telling him upfront like she says to everyone. Also she wouldn't do this to Uraraka since she looks at her like a best friend.
