My opinion on the perv is kinda the same all of these, so I'm doing one as a whole. A ship between Mineta and anyone.
Why to ship it
Some people somewhat relate to the pervert or take a little pity on him since he's literally the butt of a joke when he's on screen.
Why to sink it
He's nothing but a pervert who doesn't understand boundaries. No woman would wish to be with this type of person.
Honest opinion
The pervert has no luck in scoring a girlfriend unless one of two things happen. The first is if he learns boundaries. He's willing to do rather perverse things in front of anyone with no remorse to the point his own classmates tell him to hold some moral compass. The second possibility is if he finds a girl that is as perverse as he is. The way things are right now, no woman whatsoever will ever date him because he's too much of a pervert. Now there could be one shown down the road, but right now that's nonexistent.
