Both talk regularly and are very comfortable around one another.
Why to sink it
Both act like normal teenage girls that are good friends(I don't think I need to explain more on that after Kiribaku).
Honest opinion
I don't get it. I don't know why people would ship this since it makes no real sense to me. I honestly see them as just two really good friends that keep the others secrets. I also think Asui would be the first person Uraraka tells about her crush on Midoriya when she finally comes to terms with it.

If I hated it it would give it a 0. But nobody has made a netorare one where Asui takes Uraraka from Midoriya yet that I've seen *knock on wood* to hate it.
