Where does a rainbow end? That's a question I used to ask myself as a kid. Where can I find the pot of gold at the end? Everyone wants to complete their goals, to find the end of the rainbow. Although, in my opinion, I don't think we were ever meant to find the end of the rainbow and the pot of gold. Life is filled with never ending dreams, similar to the never ending rainbow. The arc of the rainbow, and the arc of life is the same. I prefer this, since I'm not the type who likes endings. I think that story will go on through eternity, never with a real ending, and that's okay. I hope that I never feel like that my story is ending.
"Nick, let's take the far bed." I run to the cream white bed by the closed cerulean curtains.
"I'm glad I finally get to sleep with you on this trip," he winks.
"Good, we can do it in front of Kyle!"
His eyes open wide and he lets out a laugh. "You're psychotic, but that would be very funny."
"I would just want to see his reaction."
"Well to do that you'd have to make a tape," he chuckles.
"I know so many damn road blocks."
Nick rolls his eyes. "Just lie down and let me love you."
I lay my head back on the eggshell colored pillow, and Nick crawls right next to me. To my surprise, he sits on top of me, crushing me with his weight. "Hey I'm delicate!"
"I know baby," he whispers. "I just wanted to give you a present while we're alone."
I smirk deviously. "Then what are you waiting for?"
Honestly I'm not sure if he means what I think he means.
"Nothing at all!" He removes his shirt, flashing me his lovely, tight six pack. I reach my hands out to run down his abs slowly, which makes me feel tingly.
"Destroy me," I whisper, and he laughs.
"I hate you so much." Nick lowers his body on mine and begins kissing my neck.
Suddenly the door opens. "Oh my god they're having sex!" I hear Kyle's dumb voice yell.
I push Nick off me, and turn away. "I'm going to kill him," I mutter.
Nick sighs. "We weren't having sex, we were just kissing."
Kyle gives him a weird look. "With your shirt off?"
"I was getting ready for bed, I don't wear a shirt to bed," Nick replies rather fast.
Kyle seems to accept this answer, or at least he's done arguing about it because he just goes in bed with Jake. "You're not gonna kiss me, are you?" he asks Jake.
I am about ready to burst, and throw him out the window! This is the non sense that hyper straight boys believe. They think they're so hot and that the gays go crazy over them. Apparently we can't control ourselves from kissing a straight boy, especially the ugly ones.
"No, I wouldn't do that," Jake responds calmly.
"Oh okay good," Kyle seems satisfied.
I have no idea how Jake can respond to that offensive question so calmly. Kyle didn't even say that to me and I was about to slap him. I don't know how they can fit in with Kyle and the other guys that are like this. I sure can't.
"I know what you're thinking, but I think he'll come around," Nick whispers. We lie in bed together, face to face instead of our spooning position.
"If I could just ignore him the rest of this trip, then I would have a great time," I sigh.
Nick runs his hand through my blond curls. "Okay baby, I won't let him bother you anymore."
