Rosie
I wanted to slap him. I wanted to kiss him. I wanted to kill him. I wanted to just die in a hole.
What the hell was going on. At first, I thought he was merely a vision due to my extreme lack of sleep. Then I thought he had a baby on the way with another woman. And then to top it all off we made out in the hospital hallway.
Who have I become?
Rushing back into the ward, I slumped against the wall desperately trying to calm down my shaky unstable breathing and frantically beating heart. I didn't know what to think.
"Hey, hope I wasn't interrupting something back there". A shrill scream erupted out of my mouth as a deep voice sounded from behind me. Pressing my hand to my chest in hopes of calming down my heart, I sighed in relief seeing that it was only Jack. His lips were quirked up into a smirk with his hands stuffed into his white coat pockets.
"No, gosh of course not". Jack was undeniably handsome and I couldn't help but lose my words every time I stared at him.
"Are you sure? He seems a bit, persistent". My face paled as Jack pointed to the main door with an uneasy expression. I followed his finger and internally screamed. Dean was stood staring through the window with a sinister glare on his face. His eyes fell to me and shook his head before disappearing down the hall.
"We once had a thing together, but that's long gone. I can't wait for tomorrow". Jack turned back to face me with a huge smile on his face.
"Me too" he whispered softly into my ear making my cheeks heat up with a reddening blush. Jack winked my way one last time before heading off down the hall ready to check on some more patients.

9 hours later
"Look at us Roooosiieeee, girlie I can't believe you organised a last minute night out! What's made you so confident" Jennifer giggled as she knocked back her 4th drink.
"Well seeing as we have tomorrow off, I thought fuck it" I giggled as I drowned my feelings in another vodka and coke.
"AHHHHHH she swore. You're a bad bitch" Jennifer cheered as she threw her empty cup into the swarm of people on the dance floor.
"You're right, I am a mother fucking bad bitch" I repeated as I grabbed a drink out of a random stranger's hand and gulped it down in one.
"Oi!" he yelled at me.
"Oh my God, look Jen, he's ginger. I love ginger people" I giggled as I stroked his beard.
"I apologise for my friend, she's a bad bitch tonight. Here, £5 for your troubles" Jen handed the man a £5 and thankfully all was forgiven and forgotten.
"Hey, why is my husband going. Come back sweet ginger man. I want to have ginger babies with you" I held my arms out to the man who had run away from us. Tears began to well up in my eyes as he disappeared into the sea of people.
"Noooooo, come back for my wifey Rosie" Jen started to cry and sure enough she hugged me tightly.
"Look at me, I'm a mess. I need someone to fix me" I sobbed into my hands as the room started to spin.
"Maybe that good looking man can do it" Jen slurred as she pointed her finger straight ahead.
The large groups of people were swaying from side to side like ocean waves, but there was a man standing with his arms crossed across his chest looking at me with stern eyes.
"Ugh, he looks annoying. He has that kinda face you wanna punch" I laughed as I waved to the angel in white carrying a tray of tequila.
"I'll have the whole tray please" I giggled as I handed her a couple of notes.
