Chapter 5

After a while of chatting, I decided to retire for tonight. I said my goodbye's and night's to the others before walking towards the deserted hallway.

I yawned tiredly and rubbed my eyes. "Oh dear, I've had a tiring but fun night. Though I am still curious about Ciel and Alois' whereabouts" I was about to open the door to my room, when I suddenly got hungry.

'Mmm... I really don't want to head back to the party, though I am hungry. *sigh* I'll just head to the kitchen'

I walked towards the kitchen. Once I got there, I grabbed a plate and filled it with fruits. Oh, did I mention I absolutely loved fruits? I started heading back to my room while happily munching on an apple.

"Mmm~! So delicious~!" While I was walking, I passed by a door. I suddenly felt an urge to go inside. I stopped walking and looked at the door.

'Go inside...'

I shivered as the male voice whispered in my head.

'Head inside?....Alright, I'll head inside'

I set the plate down on the floor and opened the door quietly. I peeked my head inside and looked around. It was dark, but not dark enough to conceal the shelves.

'This must be the storage room, though I'm wondering why they want me to head inside'

I walked inside and quietly closed the door behind me. I looked around and saw another door.

'Go inside...'

'Head inside that one too? Alright...'

I quietly walked towards the door and peeked inside.

'A set of stairs heading downwards...'

I walked downstairs and saw a Ciel in front of me.

"Oh, Ciel!" I guess that didn't get his attention because he just kept looking forward.

"Sebastian!" He suddenly ran forward and to the other end of the room. I walked towards him quietly. He was looking at something on the shelf. He suddenly yelped and put his left hand on his left eye. I was about to go help him when a force stopped me.

'Do not interfere...'

I obediently stood there and watched. Ciel toppled over, knocking over some boxes and a jar in the process, making the boxes fall and the jar brake. He was on his hands and knees now, coughing.

'You are able to interfere now...'

The voice said and I immediately knelt beside Ciel.

"Ciel! Ciel! Are you alright?" I asked. He wiped his mouth on his sleeve and stood up. He looked at me.

"Yes, I am quite fine" He said. He suddenly started running towards the stairs and out of the room. I followed behind him. As I was following him, I started hearing voices, making me stop in my tracks.

'Don't kill! Don't kill him! Capture him, Claude!'

I heard the voice of my brother say. I dropped to my knees. The voice was causing a headache to form.

'Ciel Phantomhive! Wow! I have obtained him at last! Ciel!'

I clutched my head. The pain becoming unbearable.

'Stop! I don't want to hear anymore! It hurts!'

As if on cue, it suddenly stopped. The pain, the voices, gone.
