We had come to the cafeteria and unfortunately for me Mama Nat and Bucky came with us, when we sat down, they sat on either side of me like protective parents.

I just rolled my eyes and got up to go get lunch.

The cafeteria was set up like a mall food court.

I went to an all American food place, burgers reminded me of when the circus would travel to the United States and dad would make sure that we got a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. He insisted that we only got the true American experience when we ate the meal.

I was standing in line when I felt a petty presence behind me, that hit me before the smell of overpriced cologne, and then a whisper in my ear, I swear this kid never stops, and his breath stinks bad.

"I don't know how you got people to pretend to know you but I'm going to prove you and Parker wrong and then you'll be losers at school, got it?"

"You forget one thing flash, not only are the avengers super rich, so well that means no bribes, but it's actually impossible to get by the AI, so if I had say a fake badge, then we'll don't you think FRIDAY would've pointed it out by now?" I said to him without looking back at his face.

I was the only person to my knowledge that could hack Friday but I'm hacker for a reason.

The line continued and the sweet aroma was making my stomach, clench in hunger.

. . .
After lunch and the higher intern labs
. . .

"Alright group, we're going to the avengers meet and greet, follow me" Michael said as he led the class down the expensive looking hallway.

Our tour guide brought us to a large conference looking room. Chairs were set up in rows, six across and five rows down.

The class filled the thirty seats, and chatted quietly while we waited for the avengers. Peter and I sat at the very back, slightly hidden from the stage's view.

Mama Nat and Bucky had left after lunch, giving me a little relief but not before they embarrassed peter. We were hiding from them, oh if only my team could see me now.

The chatter abruptly stopped and was replaced by cheers as the avengers walked onto stage taking their seats to begin the question and answer session.

"Hi guys" tony began in an enthusiastic tone. "How's the tour been?"

"Entertaining!!" Someone shouted from within the group. I rolled my eyes and Peter's cheeks flared up in embarrassment.

"As you know we're the avengers. So let the questions begin!" Tony exclaimed.

Tony picked a girl in a red shirt. "Are Spider-Man and robin going to be here?" She asked with a rather star struck expression.

I saw that tony and the other avengers were scanning the crowd of students looking for us.

"No I don't think they could make it today"

"Are robin and Spider-Man avengers?"

"Is it true that robin is a teenager? Do you know where he goes to school?"

"How old is Spider-Man"

The questions were shouted out all at once. Peter looked like he was cringing, and he was squinting.

Oh no he's going into sensory overload.

Crap.

I know he needs a dark quiet room.

"Peter I'm gonna move you alright? We're going to do this as discreetly as possible, Alright?"

Peter nodded slowly and pulled out my phone so that I could text the avengers group chat.

Me - guys I'm gonna move peter, he's going into sensory overload and the questions aren't helping, just don't draw attention to us please, Tony I'm looking at you!!

I looked up to see some avengers discreetly looking at their phones, Clint snorted, and tony looked concerned, he didn't know.

"Excuse me for a second" he whipped out his phone and looked at the notification.

Tony - hey I resent that, also take him up to his room and tell FRIDAY to initiate baby spider overload protocol one.

Me - Kay great.

I slowly and gently pulled peter up with only grace that a bat could have, and pulled him behind me as I snuck out of the room.

Quickly I got into the elevator, and told Friday to take us to Tony's floor.

Basically he lived on tony and pepper's floor and I lived in Mama Nat's floor with Bucky who were currently dating each other, as if it wasn't weird enough Steve is trying to act like my uncle.

The elevator pulled up to his floor and I practically dragged peter to his room, frantically I told Friday to initiate the protocol, slowly shutting the door behind me and sneaking into the living room to wait this out.

I had just sat down on the couch when the elevator dinged.
