Rachel's P.O.V
"Perez," my dad huffed" like father like son I guess." He shook his head

"Shut the hell up," Princeton's father hissed "you don't know a thing about us."

"Well I do know your family produces dirt bags." My dad shot back

Princeton's eyes shot daggers at my dad as his nostrils flared. I haven't seen him like that in so long it brought back all the memories as I stared at him, and I felt all helpless again. His eyes shifted to me and he began to ease back to himself.

"Well you're just a faggot ass cop you probably raised a bitch as a daughter," he then looked at me "she even looks stuck up." He semi yelled

"Don't talk about my fucking family." My dad said with a clenched jaw

"Are you fucking dumb, do you expect me to just let my family be insulted by someone
like you and not do anything about." He growled

"Dad stop." Princeton and I's joined together as one.

Princeton's eyes showed embarrassment and shame.

Princeton's dad sighed.

"Come here boy." He commanded his accent thick

Princeton took a short walk of shame as he approached his father with his head hanging low. He looked so much smaller with his father eclipsing him. I can feel his pain, trust me.

"Why did you end up here?" Princeton's father asked

"He(gco)"

"I ASKED MY SON." Princeton's father's voice boomed

"Her." Princeton eyes shifted to me as his lips twisted

"Okkkk....that doesn't help at all" Princeton's father said

"I um..."he trailed off

"Assault and battery" my dad interrupted

Princeton's dad grumbled

"You hit a girl....how dare you." Princeton's dad sternly said

The same officer walked back into the room again

"Are you going to press charges." The officer asked me

"Yes" my dad answered quickly. The hatred in his voice was very aware

"Rachel are you serious he's been doin this to for three years," my mom stated "STOP trying to defend him when he's gone he won't be able to hurt you anymore." She pleaded

"Speaking of hurt pull up your sleeves and a little bit of your shirt." My dad commanded

"Dad I-(gco)"

"Now" he commanded

"Dad ple-(gco)"

"NOW" he repeated with more authority

I shakily and slowly lifted up half of my shirt. Everyone gasped and my lips started to quiver.
"Ima bout to catch a case." I heard my mom whisper

There was most of the evidence, all that bruises and scars. I looked at Princeton but he was already looking at me. We looked into each others eyes as if we were pleading for help. He just stared.My dad stepped out the door, I think he did that before something else happens.

"Wait...," Princeton finally spoke "how did you know how long...I've been doing this." Princeton narrowed his eyes at my mom and this his eyes popped out of his head.

"It was you." He whispered to himself in disbelief

"Me what." My mom asked confused

"Those messages." He said

My moms poker face dropped but she recovered quickly.

"It was you." he whispered again
