Rachel's P.O.V
Dying wasn't an option today, hell no. I kicked Ray in the balls and he dropped me. I almost fell over the edge and I started running again. My lungs and legs started to burn and I faintly heard foot steps.
Shit, I thought
"Rachel come back." I heard Ray's familiar voice boom
I took my phone and called my dad. I'd rather talk to my dad than go with Ray now that he has a delusional and unstable mind set, he needs help. It rang three times until I heard my dad's voice on the other end.
"Where are you, I'm coming to pick you up." He instantly said
My feet constantly pounded on the asphalt as I pleaded for my dad's help.
"I'm sorry but I need help." I said
"What's wrong." He asked
"Please just pick me up I'll tell you later." I told him
I stopped to go into a bakery and rushed into the bathroom getting glares from the customers and staff.
"Dad, do you know where the new bakery is, that's where I am. Call me when you get here." I told him
"Ok." He replied and we hung up
I tried to get my heart rate down but then my phone range and it startled me even more.
"Yes?" I asked
"Come out, I'm here." My dad just told me
I rushed back out side after being in there for like 5 minutes. I saw Ray's thick frenchbraids looking in the distance and took the opportunity to rush to my dads truck. I let out sigh of relief.Explain were the first words to come out my dad's mouth.
"Dad please I-"
"You said if I picked you up you would tell me what this was all about." My dad stated
"It's about my ex." I sighed
"Well what was he doing so I can know to kill him or not." He said while pulling off
I chuckled a little
"He-"
The next thing I know the car starts flipping and there's blood coming from unknown places and then it's black
What the hell just happened?
