Chapter Eleven: The Betrayal and the Rescue

Recap:

We woke up 6 hours later we got ready then made breakfast then got our bag's strapped to the bike after that I placed my cloak in a compartment on the bike close to me if I needed to wear it at any moment and then he gave me a helmet I placed over my head that covered my face I had placed my hair in a braid earlier to keep it out of the way while we ride. After that we opened the garage door and rolled the bike out before closing the garage door again. "I'm going to get on first then start the bike after that you can get on alright" he tells me as he gets on the bike and I nod telling him ok. He start's the bike then I get on and wrap my arms around his waist leaning into him making sure I'm safe and won't fall off the bike. "Are you ready to get your brother back?" I hear Ryder ask over the roar of the engine. I nod my head against his back as he takes off and my grip tightens around his waist slightly. "Don't worry Shade I'm coming for you and there is no one who is going to get in my way." I think to myself as we start toward the highway heading toward West Virginia where Shade was and where my doom was as well.

                                       Chapter Eleven: The Betrayal and the Rescue  

We have been riding on for about a half a day now it was getting to be late afternoon and we needed to get some gas and something to eat and drink before we continued on with our ride to West Virginia to save Shade. Ryder take's my cloak out and hand's it over to be before I take my helmet I put it on then take off my helmet after Ryder steps in front of me to cover my face as I place my hood over my head to cover my face from any noise people or camera's that happen to be at this gas station.

"Are you doing alright it's been a while since we stopped." Ryder asked me. I nodded my head telling him I was alright. "Alright we are going to go into the store and get some soda and chips and then we will keep going alright. I nod again not really in the mood to talk I just wanted to get to West Virginia and save my brother Shade. Ryder knew this and I knew he was just trying to get me to not be so quiet and not to over think this or anything but I couldn't help it and he wasn't going to push it either.

 We walked into the gas station making the small bell above the door ring we walk over to the drink's and open the door I grab a Pepsi and got a coke a cola for Ryder. I walk over to him and place the soda's on the counter besides the chip's he got for us. He paid for the gas and the drinks and food. We walked out and went back over to Ryder's bike and we ate and drank our food and soda's. We toss away our trash and I placed my helmet back on easily taking my hood off without having my face shown for more than a nano-second which left no time for the camera's or people to see my face. We get back on the bike and Ryder quickly start's it with ease then start's driving and heading back toward the road that goes to the interstate.

As we drive my mind kept going to Shade wondering if he was ok hoping that nothing bad has come to him. I also kept kicking myself because I let this happen to him. I couldn't protect him from getting taken because I wasn't able to protect him better. I let him get taken by the guy who wanted me not him. I allowed him to be taken all the way to West Virginia and let no one knows happen to him. As I thought this Ryder kept driving heading toward my brother to save him from the horror I put him in.

Two Weeks Later 

We have finally gotten to West Virginia and I was going to contact Midnight soon asking him where we should meet up exactly to make a plan before going to save Shade. We were currently at a little coffee shop in close to the interstate. "Midnight we are in West Virginia. Where so you want to meet up so we can make a plan before going to save Shade" I say to Midnight through our mind link. "Let's meet up at a small motel called "The Forest Pine Motel" it is a motel that is placed near the forest and they have path's you can walk on so it's a safe place to meet at and make a plan before we go in an rescue Shade"  I hear him reply to me. "Alright that sound's that a good place to meet up. Now where exactly is this motel?" I ask Midnight. "It's in Wood, West Virginia it's also a good way's away from the place where Shade is being held."
