To Chano,

I was posting this new story and I realized what today is.

We met when we are in our teens. That was a blast. Then life happened. We met later on in life and it was as if the years we haven't seen each other never happened.

We were both broken once or twice. I was actually in a dark place when we met again. But you were there for me.  Telling me things will get better. That as sure as the sun will rise up the next day, the pain will go away and will just be a memory someday.

Someday - that song by Nina. I find it funny for a guy like you to push and make me believe that that song do come true. You told me it happened to you and you're sure I'll have it too.

We both became busy with our lives. I knew you were happy and so am I.

I can't believe it when I learned that you are gone. Too young, gone too soon.

You must be an angel now, because you were once an angel in my life. A good friend who won't stand for my BS and will push me to face a new day however bad it is because you were right there with me.

Thank you my friend. I will try to remember you and keep your memories.
