                                                              Dakota Bradshaw

40 minutes.

That's how long we drove for, before the van finally comes to a stop. We were mainly on roads, however I can now tell we're someone with a lot of greenery based on the fact that the journey got bumpier towards the end, like we were constantly driving over mud and moles holes. I hear the door opens and arms wrap around me and drag me out.

One my feet touch the ground,  my prediction is right. We're somewhere with a lot of grassland. The bag is removed from my head and I come face to face with none other than Killian Moore. "Killian! What the hell?!"

"Sorry Dakota, but you wouldn't come willingly." He says.

I scoff. "Alexander and Michelle."

He nods his head. "They're waiting for you."

"How are you involved in this? What is your relationship with them?" I ask.

"Purely business. Michelle approached me shortly after you rejected to go with her to Australia. Asked me to keep an eye on you and at the right moment, scoop you up. She's not leaving without you." He explains.

"You do realise you've now just become a criminal right? You just kidnapped me." I say.

"I was already a criminal before kidnapping you, just another title to add onto a list of many." He says shrugging his shoulders like it's nothing.

My mouth drops. "That's not a good thing Killian."

Before he can respond, someone else speaks. "Thank you Killian. I thought we'd never get her."

Alexander.

"You have got to be kidding me, I already told Michelle I wasn't going with you. What don't you understand about the word 'no'?" I snap.

"Is that anyway to talk to your father Dakota?" He asks.

"It would help if you were actually my father. But you're not. I tried helping you, I told Michelle to leave without me, but you just won't listen. Are you seriously willing to go to jail and never see me or the free world again?!" I exclaim.

He laughs and shakes his head. "Dakota, we're not going to jail. They didn't catch us then, they won't catch us now."

"Seventeen years ago, you weren't two of the most wanted people in the world with pictures!" I respond.

"Don't worry Dakota we have a plan." Michelle's voice comes out from nowhere and I turn and see her approaching me with a huge smile. "We'll be on a plane in the next 2 hours, moving to Australia and living like we used to. We'll be happy."

I sigh. "No we won't. Because we'll be looking over our shoulders the whole time. I'm not going!"

"This isn't up for discussion Dakota." Alexander barks, in his deep, authoritative voice.

There's only one way out of this.

"Fine." I give in. "Fine, but can you please untie me, these things are hurting."

They both nod and Alexander nods his head towards Killian who cuts the hand ties. I rub them slightly pretending they hurt and Michelle walks over and kisses them. "Honey I'm sorry, we didn't mean to hurt you."

"Sure you didn't." I remark. This causes her to glare at me. "What? The hand ties weren't necessary. He already knocked me out with some drug."

I pull my hands away and look at where we are. Not a house in sight. "Where are we anyway?"
