"Are you sure you have to go?" Tony watched me pack gloomily. "Can't you let the other wizards handle it?"
"I wish but no. This is Dormammu we're talking about; it takes more than just some wizards to stop him," I explained, shuffling about.
"Didn't you already tell that intergalactic idiot to fuck off?"
"Multiverse, Tiny. Also, watch your fucking language."
"Shithead."
"Fuckwad."
"Dickius maximus."
"Pussy ass bitch," I laughed and closed my suitcase.
"Stupid sexy."
"Tony what even?" I cackled and embraced him. "I'll miss you so much."
"You said it was only a couple days," Tony noted rubbing circles into my back. "You won't have time to miss me."
"For you, yes," I corrected pulling at the hem of his shirt absentmindedly. "But for me it'll be a couple months. I don't know how I'll survive without you."
"Hey I'll be with you!"
"Tony for the last time: I'm not bringing you," I groaned.
"Not what I meant," he pulled back and reached around my neck. His fingers delicately touched the chain around it, gently brushing across skin.
"You're perfect, you know that?"
"Mhm."
"So humble."
"I just wish you didn't have to leave me at all," Tony mumbled, leaning in to kiss my cheek. I tilted my head before his lips reached their destination and captured them with my own in a soft, yet loving kiss. We broke apart and he buried his face in my shoulder. "Why can't you just take care of our own universe?"
"I'm sure my universe can handle himself," I said, placing my finger under his chin. I swore I could hear his blush as he smashed our faces together. I pulled away after a few moments. "Now I really have to get going." I pecked his lips again before turning and stepping through my premade portal.
"Stephen wait-"
"Yes To-" I turned around but it was too late.
I was in his world now.
