Chapter 1

Levi's P.O.V

As I lay there on my bed, staring at the ceiling, my heavy eye lids slowly drifted closed, and I let out a sigh of relief as I listened to the soft pitter patter of the rain outside.

Being the rain lover I was I got up and made my way to my large window and sat on the sill, taking in the beautiful sight of the droplets gracefully gliding down the glass until they were soon no where to be seen.

I averted my gaze to the lovely view of the city in the distance, watching all the bright lights illuminating the dark night sky.

The soft buzz of my phone then interupted the peaceful atmosphere. I stood letting out a small sigh and walked over to my bedside table on which the phone was placed upon. I stared at the dark screen which once again lit up with yet another notification.

I never understood the purpose of socialising with people whether in real life or on media for it has, is and always will be the source of many problems. Yet here I was phone in hand and my mind on a friend of whom I considered to be the only exception.

I looked down at the phone and remembered the reason I was holding it in the first place. I opened up the message which happened to be from an unknown number.

Unknown: " Mm what is it that you're thinking of doll face?"

At that my calm composure had disappeared and my posture straightened, staring at my phone my face displayed a mix of inquisition and concern. The phone buzzed a second time and yet again it was from the same number.

Unknown: " why do you look so suprised sweetheart"

Me: "who are you and how is it that you can see my expression?"

I replied, impatiently waiting for an answer, my face contorted into an image of confusion, and my stomach knotted in anxiety.

Unknown: " I'm afraid I can't answer your questions darling but you'll find your answers in due time".

Unsatisfied with the stangers vague answer, I turned my phone off after blocking the stranger, then I stood up and scanned my room, in search for a hidden camera or some other strange device that might have been secretly installed for stalking purposes.

Not having found anything, I frustratedly made my way back to the window, and pulled the curtain close.

I then went to my joined bathroom and took a nice warm shower, letting the satisfying feeling of the water calm my nerves.

After I had finished, I wrapped a towel around my waist and stepped back into my undoubtedly large bedroom heading for my closet, I took out the comfiest pair of pyjamas I owned and slipped them on along with some boxers.

I then sat on the edge of my bed, my mind drifting off to the strange texts I had just received, it was probably just someone pulling a horrible prank on me or so that's what I hoped it was.

Finally after having my mind set on the fact that everything will be back to normal by tomorrow, I let my tired body sink into my soft mattress as I let sleep overcome me, and I slowly drifted off into the carefree land of my many enjoyable dreams.
