--PART TWO--
So, apparently I had been in a coma for ten years.

It was kind of hard to believe but after they showed me how I looked in the mirror I...sort of freaked out.

"How are you feeling? Do you remember how to walk?" My therapist asked.

"I'm fine...and yes...I think I remember how to walk..." I said slowly, attempting to get up, but was stopped.

"Not yet though...you need to relax. You've just woken up from a ten year coma...that's one of the longest I've ever known." She said with a smile.

"I-I want to go home..." I said.

"Miss...I'm afraid you don't live in that mansion anymore." She said quietly.

"What do you mean? Where are my mum and dad?" I asked her, looking around the room.

"I'm afraid they couldn't join us at the moment..." She said.

"When will they be joining us then?" I said, starting losing my patience.

"Y/N...your parents are...dead." She said staring into my eyes, and taking my hand.

"No...stop kidding. Please tell me this is all a joke. Very funny, dad, you can come out now!" I said, with a tear about to slip my eye.

"Y/N they aren't here..." She said again, with a look of sadness towards myself.

"Where are you hiding?!" I said, standing up and trashing the entire room looking for them.

"Y/N! Stop this! Now!" She screamed, and doctors came rushing in, pulling me out of the room.

"You c-can't fool me! Come on out mum, this isn't funny anymore!" I screamed my eyes flooding with tears.

I felt a needle go into my arm and I passed out.

When I awoke I was in the same hospital room, except they had wrapped my arms up so I wouldn't look for my parents.

"Mum...dad?" I said quietly, tears beginning to fall from my eyes again.

"Shhh...it's okay." My therapist said, stroking my hair.

"H-How did they...d-d-d-die?" I asked, sniffing.

"Car accident..." She sighed.

"Oh..." I nodded, shutting my eyes tightly, holding back more tears.

"What about...Sherlock Holmes?" I asked her after a great deal of silence.

"He...well...he's still alive. I see him in the papers sometimes. He became something of a private detective." She said.

"He doesn't remember me does he?" I said bluntly.

"I'm afraid so...but we don't know for sure..." She said.

"It's fine really...please don't try to comfort me." I said, sitting up.

"Y/N...I want you not to feel like you've lost everything...you need hope in you, okay?" She said, unlocking the bandages that were keeping my arms from smashing things like I had before.

"But I did lose everything..." I sighed.

"No. You still have one person. The person who had been paying all these hospital bills." She said.

"Who is that?" I asked.

"Mycroft Holmes." She said.

"Tell him thank you for me." I said, standing up and dressing.
