When Everything Changed.

Back to work.

You know that your happy inside when you actually wake up with a legitimate smile on your face.

And that's exactly what I did. I was happy because I was going back to work. I got to see Tom and Alyssa and Leigh and all my co workers that I adored. I was also happy because I got to spend my night with Niall, now that was something to look forward to.

I hopped out of bed and showered. Dried and curled my hair. Makeup. Then I got dressed in a floral dress with a belt and gray flats.

I grabbed my work bag and stuffed some work I finished last night into it. I slung it over my shoulder and made my way downstairs. On my way down, I past Claire's semi empty room. She had taken most of her items to her dance school for the month. I was gonna miss her.

I shook that thought and met my father in the kitchen who handed me a mug of coffee and a muffin. He knew me so well.

"Moring darling." He kissed my head as I sat down.

"Morning." I replied and took a bite of my muffin.

"Guess who I'm spending the day with." He said.

"Paul?" I asked.

"Well yes. But he's bringing me along to the boys recording and then were all going back for some football." He told me and I laughe nervously. Niall better be good for my dad.

"Oh that's sounds like fun!"

"It will be and I'll be keeping an eye on Niall."

"Don't hurt him." I laughed.

I stood up and gave him a hug.

"Off to work! See you later." I called and walked out the door.

The lift landed on my offices's floor and I happily stepped out of it. I made my way over to

Alyssa's desk which was right outside my office.

"MANDY! OMG YOUR BACK!" The blonde popped up out of her desk and attacked me in a hug. I laughed and hugged her back.

"Hi Lyss, nice to see you!" I greeted and pulled away from

her.

"Is it true?" She whispered and I knitted my eyebrows, confused.

"You know, Niall.." She added and I smiled. Crazy how when somebody says his name, I light up like a Christmas tree.

"Yes it's true." I confirmed and she squealed.

"That's so adorable, I saw pictures and everything and you two are perfect! I have to meet him!" She went on.

"Thanks Lyss, and you will soon now get back to work." I smiled and gave her another hug then turned around towards my office.

"HOE BAG!" My bestfriend's voice yelled from behind me. He was so professional, cursing and screaming on the job.

I spun around and was greeted with Tom, sprinting towards me. He was wearing black pants and a neon pink dress shirt. I smiled, dropped my bag and ran towards him.

"THOMAS!" I screamed back and we collided into each other, crushing each other with our hugs.

"Oh my fucking god I've missed you so much, look look, I have tears in my eyes." He pulled away from me and I looked at his eyes.

His green little eyes were welling up with tears and I just laughed and hugged him tighter. I realized how much I actually have missed Tom.

After a minute of embracing, Leigh emerged from her office and came over to us.
