Arulet pulled away from the rebellion leader, smiling softly at him. She found a good amount of delight in his dazed expression when she did so. She chuckled a bit, which appeared to snap him out of his daze. His face quickly turned a brighter shade of red than it already had been, another thing she found amusement in. Lord he was cute. She giggled slightly at him.

"My you're too cute. It's hardly fair, really," she complemented, giggling more as his face somehow managed to become an even deeper and brighter shade "I didn't know someone could blush as hard as you are right now."

She waited for the leader to calm himself, deciding that should his face turn any brighter of a color, he may pass out. When he was finally able to push the blush away, for the most part, he spoke to her, his English broken by nervous stuttering.

"W-Well...u-um...wh....wh-what now?" He was avoiding eye contact with her, which again, she found amusing.

She shrugged in response. "Not sure, though it would seem we've lost track of our previous conversations and planning," she said simply. She stood and pushed in her chair. "I ought to return to the castle. It's getting rather late and I would hate to be caught now."

Zuzlin nodded, sighing a bit. "You go then, I'll see you when you can next make a meeting."

She found herself smiling softly as she quickly placed her hood back on and left, heading back towards the castle. A king that knew his place in the kingdom. That sounded like a wonderful idea to her. She snuck her way back into the castle and rejoined the king in sleep. He was no longer her lover, and she knew he would never be considered as such

That role in her heart had been taken now by Zuzlin.

The following morning, she woke, went through with her morning routine with the king she woke up beside, and placed on her features the cold expression of the person he had come to know her as. She was his ice queen for now, and she preferred it that way. They had become strictly business since she had taken charge and for that she was grateful. They discussed what Ralton would believe to be her plans today. She told him she planned to work with Mirlan on recruiting more guards to the castle's staff.

In reality she planned to help get more of the higher eye color classed revolutionaries into the castle.

She said she planned to go about and discuss safety measures and take requests from the nobility in the area.

She really meant she was going to find people to give faulty guards to and then bring their addresses to Damiel and Arkiel.

While she gave false hope to those afraid of the revolution, she knew her true friends and family were working to rally together as much of the kingdom as they could, spreading word through whispers in casual conversation to those who may seem interested.

She smiled softly to herself as she went to visit with Mirlan and the new recruits to the guard. Her eyes lit up slightly when she saw who all had shown up to help out. "Goodness boys, you all jumped to the chance, didn't you?" she said with a chuckle. In front of her stood multiple people she knew well now. Jundig Karson, Cydren Malign, and Jodega Igrite were there among a variety of others.

All were revolutionaries.

She smirked slightly. "Well, I look forward to working with you all to make Alurn a better country. Mirlan, train them as you see fit." She turned to go work on other matters once those words left her lips. Everything was slowly coming together, and she could hardly contain herself. It seemed her life was finally turning around. No more of Ralton's abuse. No more hiding in the shadows.

This was her kingdom, and she intended to rule it as such.
