Huflepuff x Slytherin & Griffindor x Ravenclaw

A Ravenclaw's jealousy

Lisette sat on her chair with her eyes glued to the board. The Ravenclaws had Herbology with the Griffindors and so far, as Lisette noticed, Edwin had got himself a week's worth of detention and had at least 20 points out of Griffindor. But Lisette made a mistake when she turned to the chair behind her, where Edwin sat.

A Ravenclaw girl was smiling at Edwin. At first, Lisette thought they were just friends, until the girl stretched her hand to Edwin's and held it. Edwin looked at the girl with a smile on his face and a tint of blush on his cheek.

Lisette, after seeing that, turned her head to the board again so quickly that she snapped her neck. (A/N: yo dudes, she ded.....)

Professor Aian looked at her. "Miss Mae, are you alright?" He asked her.

"Yes, professor." Lisette answered.

"Are you sure?" Professor Aian asked worriedly this time.

"Yes, professor. I just....I was looking through my bag for my homework in Potions then I remembered it was in the common room." Lisette lied, but the lie sounded believable.

Professor Aian nodded. "Alright." He said and turned to his desk then sat down.

-after classes-

With Herbology and Divination out of the way, the four heads met at the marble staircase, or at least, Lisette and Zayn did.

"Where's Joyce?" Lisette asked.

"She's catching up." Zayn answered. "Anyways, I can ask you the same question about Edwin."

Lisette sighed. "Well, let's just say I left him behind because he made me lie to Professor Aian." She answered.

"He did?" Zayn paused, staring at Lisette with a raised brow.

"Well, he didnt make me lie to Professor Aian per say, but he's sorta the reason why I did." Lisette sighed again.

"What did he do now?" Zayn asked.

"Made me jealous...." Lisette grumbled under her breath.

"I'm sorry, what was that?"

"I said he craved me melous."

"What?"

Lisette laughed. "I said he made me jealous." She said in defeat.

"Ah, so our little smarty-pants got jealous, eh?" Zayn chuckled.

"You better not say a word to him. If you do, you better pray you've got 'A Walk to Remember'." Lisette growled threateningly.

"I won't, I promise." Zayn laughed.

"What happened at Divination?" Lisette asked.

Zayn sighed. "Horrible." He grumbled.

"How?" Lisette raised a brow.

"Kitara." Zayn said.

"Kitara? Maria Kitara? What did she do?" Lisette asked, astonished.

"She provoked Valerie. She picked a fight with me and if Valerie didn't stop me I would've cursed her into oblivion." Zayn barked.

Lisette stared at him for a moment and opened her mouth to say something when Valerie called,

"Zayn!"

Lisette and Zayn looked up to the pale blond girl rushing down to them.

"Zayn!" She repeated breathlessly. "Why did you leave me in the classroom?"

"Sorry. Did Kitara do anything to provoke you again?" Zayn asked.

"No, she didn't, but that's not the point! You still left me in the- oh hey, Mae." Valerie smiled as she turned to the Ravenclaw girl.
