You are so close, yet so far
You make me reach for the stars,
You still bide in me
Your memories don't let me breathe,
You are all I have
I'm just living after you left,
There's pain in my heart
Can't set myself free... honestly.
Am used to it, by now
You sparkle in my eyes,
Like tears in the bright sunshine
The pain doesn't seem to subside,
You took a part of me with you
'Tis true...can't do anything new,
I don't know what to do
What holds true,
I see you in the coming of light
And the dawn of twilight,
I'm used to living without you.
You are close, yet so far
I'll reach for the stars,
Find you, wherever you are
Don't give up on me. Please
I'll be everything you need, Indeed.
These memories... they sting
I'll wipe them off,
Remove them, until there is nothing left
I'm used to living without you.
