It was so cold and shivering, so I grabbed the bed cover which curled up at the corner of the mattress and wrapped it around me. I am such a sleep head, as much as I sleep, I get too sleepy and drowsy. I was taken away to a wonderland where I was with my celebrity crush 'Lee Jong Suk', just then my phone started to buzz. I jerked and grabbed the phone from the night stand and put the alarm on snooze.
I again went under cover. But suddenly I felt a strong substance been thrown on me. 'Ouch! What was that?' I snorted and uncovered myself to look up at my mom leaning on the door frame.
"Little princess forgot that she is now in high school and has to be responsible!" She said while giving a death glare. I shrugged and slowly opened my drowning eyes.
"But we have just moved back to Seoul. Give me some time to settle and then i'll go to school. Please!???" I begged her.
No response!
She walked out of my room.
Yea! I am Lee shin ah. I am a high school student. I live with my lovely mom. My father passed away few years back. It's just me and my mom. After my dad died, me and my mom went to California, where she found a job and started working there.
Due to some scandals and issues there, she decided to come back to Seoul. It's just been 2 days we came back to Seoul. It's been 6 years I came here, and everything has changed already to sort things out. I don't even know whether my childhood friends will be here.
I am a easy going and a social type. People started to love me at the very first time they talk to me, as I love making more friends. But love? Not yet. I Haven't met my ideal type of man in my life. I need to get admitted in a good school and I haven't decided yet where to go.
I walked downstairs and sat on the couch, scrolling through messages and news feeds.
Life is boring!
After a while, I decided to go for a walk. So I quickly went to the kitchen, asked my mom's permission and went to my room. I wore a tight denims, T shirt and a hoodie over that. I tug headphones on, turned on the music and started jogging out of my house. Just when I took few steps, I noticed something in my opposite house.
I saw a giant boy with glasses, so tall, pale skin, black hair, with few purple strands here and there, wearing tight jeans, a dark T shirt over that a checked shirt and a branded adidas shoes. His watch looked so rich and costly. I couldn't see his face as he was facing the other side.
I just stopped there and stared at him. I was curious about him, cause he's my neighbour. Haha!
He put his headphone on and started walking towards the left side. I started following him close behind. He tugged both his hands inside his pant pocket and walked fast. He walked towards the bus stop, I stood behind him and was watching him. After a 5 mins of wait, a bus came and he went inside the bus. I just watched him go in, but couldn't see his face till the bus went far.
I stomped and walked back to my house. When I reached my house, something struck my mind. I thought of going to my neighbours house and introduce myself to them. Because there is a thought saying 'Be friendly with neighbours' hehe!
I stood in from of the house which is opposite to my house. I pressed on the door bell. After a minute time, a lady opened the door.
"Good morning madam" I said with a cheeky cute smile.
She chuckled and greeted me.
"Good morning young lady! How can I help you?" She asked sweetly.
"My name is Lee shin ah and I live next door. Me and my mom came to Seoul 2 days ago, and I thought I should get to know about my surrounding." I giggled. She gave a quick smile and let me in.
I walked in. Woah! This house looks simple and small outside, but it's actually massive and rich looking. I looked above and got into the chandelier hanging above me. It was so beautiful and mild light. I took a glance of the house. It was totally mesmerizing. She sat on the couch and patted the seat next to her for me to sit. I sat next to her.
We both were talking talking and it was more like 4 when I checked my watch. My god I spent a day here? I checked my phone, I had more than 10 missed calls from mom. Oh shit!
"It's nice to meet you Mrs. Park! I would like to come here more often to spend time with you." I laughed.
"It was really nice having a good time with you sweetheart. I would like to meet your mom too. Maybe later." She said giving me a sweet smile.
Guess, she likes me. Haha!
Bonus 1.
I waved at her and walked towards the door. I pushed open the door to reveal a tall boy whom I was stalking today morning. Damn!He is so handsome and adorable.
We both stared at each other for more than a minute, until we got interrupted by Mrs. Park introducing me to her son.
"Oh! Chanyeol you are here? She's Lee shin ah, our neighbour." And then a total silence.
I stared at him.
He stared at me.
We were just looking at each other and then Mrs. Park fake coughed and said,
"Uhmmm... Excuse me?"
"Hmm.. Yes! I...it's n..nice to meet you!" He said and brought his hand to me. I smiled and brought my hand to his. His hand was warm, so soft and silky. Shit! Am I getting cheesy here?
Our hands touched for the first time. My heart beats fast for the first time in my life. My mind stopped to think about everything else and just got focused on this one guy who is standing in front of me. And that's for the first time in my life, I started creating interest over a guy. I don't know why, but I am interested in him.
