London, Britain
Random Starbucks
March 7

I stayed calm for a grand total of 10 seconds. Then I freaked out. I know, not exactly impressive for someone who's supposed to be a third year spy-in-training, but oh well. As I stared at my friends, I began to sweat and shiver.
If I was such a mess just because of Murray and Joshua, imagine my horror when all the people, at all the tables, all around us, turned around to face us, the shiny black metal of a gun catching the sun as they raised the barrels until there were at least six guns pointed at each of us.
I gulped. Behind me I heard Zoe and Mike gasp, and Erica inhale sharply. We were surrounded. And there was no getting out. My shaking intensified, and pure panic started to set in.
"Don't worry." Joshua sneered. "We won't hurt you...yet. But one foot out of line and these nice walls will turn red. With your blood." Behind him Murray smirked at me. "This is what you get for foiling so many of our plans, Ripley!" He laughed.
"But Murray, SPYDER betrayed you! I thought you were on our side!" I protested. "What can I say?" Murray said. "They apologized, and gave me 50,000 bucks to boot!" He exclaimed happily. "So in other words, they paid you off again." Erica hissed spitefully.
Joshua smirked at her. "You would be wise to keep your mouth shut, dear." He said smugly. She growled at him, "Don't. Call. Me. That." I glared at him.
"Mike?" I heard Zoe say behind me. "Mike I'm scared." She whispered, her voice shaky. "Don't worry Zoe. Ben will figure out their plans like always and he'll find a way to get us all out with Erica." He reassured her.
"Put your hands behind your backs. Don't try to resist, you'll never win." Joshua ordered. We all complied, he was right, we couldn't fight so many people and win, especially considering the fact that they all had guns pointed at us.
I groaned, I wasn't even surprised, it seemed like every single time we went up against SPYDER, something went wrong. But then again,we always made it out alive and beat SPYDER too every time that happened so maybe we would make it out alive this time too. So I looked around at all my friends faces and let SPYDER tie my arms behind my back and lead me out the back door of the Starbucks.
A/N: I know, I know, I could have had Erica duck the shots and start fighting, and everyone else duck too, and Mike and Zoe help her fight and have them get away, but SPYDER is smarter than that, and that needed to happen for plot, and let's just say that SPYDER had snipers hidden around the Starbucks, and they were worried that Ben wouldn't duck in time and that the others (other than Erica), wouldn't be able to detect the snipers and dodge in time and would get shot. Just roll with it lol :P
