3rd person pov:

Jungkook put his finger on Soumin's lips, telling her to stay quiet.

He went over to the window, looked outside but came back saying there was nothing.

Not a second later, another bang was heard coming from the living room window.

Jungkook told Soumin to stay in the kitchen so he went checking what's going on.

He opened the windows and checked every one of them, but found nothing, he got really confused, utill he heard a knock on the door.

opening the door he found jin with an annoyed expression.

"oh jin hyung?"

"why didn't you open the door, I thought you both died"

"what? Wait how did u get in?"

Soumin heard jin's voice and went to the front door, they greeted each other, as jungkook stood there waiting for an answer.

"well I came here to give Soumin her bags, I was ringing the bell, but no one answered and when I was about to leave I noticed that the door was open, I got worried knowing that u wouldn't let the door open especially in this situation, so I got in, and found that the kitchen window was open and the living room too"

"what? That's impossible, I closed the door after me yesterday and made sure it was closed, and I didn't go downstairs to open the kitchen and living room windows, wait wait did you say you rang the bell? I didn't hear shit"

"maybe there's no power? " said Soumin.

Jungkook went to the closest light switch and turned it on, and the lights went on.

"Wtf is happening, how come the lights work but the bell doesn't"

They both went out to check on what happened, but jungkook stopped and took the bags from jin's hands " wait, give me this" he said and gave it to Soumin "go wear something" he ordered her looking kinda mad.

Soumin who was now more scared than before, didn't want to make jungkook more stressed and angry and went to change in the bathroom downstairs.

"jungkook-ah maybe we should call the police, it looks serious" spoke jin as he examined the bell.

"it looks like it was made on purpose, someone got in your house and he's probably still here since the windows and front door were left open" as jin ended his words, jungkook felt himself soak in cold sweat, his thoughts were messed up, Soumin was right when she said he was here, he felt like crying, his breath got caught in his throat, his heart was beating really fast, he felt like he was about to get a heart attack, "Soumin" he said.

Jin looked at him, he shook him a bit "the fuck you're waiting for go inside, hurry" he yelled at him.

Jungkook ran inside, looking around he didn't know where she was, what if the man was actually here and kidnapped her already, or touched her, or hurt her, he started yelling out her name.

"Soumin, where are you?"

He heard a sound from the bathroom and ran straight in.

Opening the door he didn't find Soumin but he found her bag.

"Soumin where did u go?" he asked desperately.

The door closed behind him, and there she was, her face pale, her cheeks wet with her tears and her hand covering her mouth.

What happened, he didn't know, but he was about to break down, all this was too much for him, he suffered this whole month, but he had to stay strong he had to be a man, that's what he has been told by his father and older brother his whole life.

But before he knew it he was already crying it all out, all his feelings all his pain and sorrow, how much has it been since he last cried, probably years, he just fell to his knees and let it all out.

Soumin soon ran to him with her shaky legs and hugged him as tight as she could, she rubbed his back and stroked his hair, but she didn't know why he was crying this much.

"j-jungkook oppa?... Everything will be fine" she said, or probably that's the only thing her mind told her to say at the moment.

Minutes later, jin came to the bathroom and closed the door behind him, looking terrified.

Soumin who turned around to see him, gave a questioning look.

"i closed all the doors and windows and called the police, but when I was coming here I saw a figure wearing all black, he's probably the one who tried to kidnappe you Soumin, and we're now stuck with him here, he's probably armed too"

Jungkook stood up calmly, washed his face and then looked at both of them.

"Soumin what happened when u were changing?"

"i heard footsteps from the stairs and knew that both of you where outside, so I hid behind the door, minutes later the door opened and he came inside looking around, but fortunately he didn't see me, then he went out, after that you came"

"jin did he see you?" asked jungkook.

"i don't think s-" jin was cut off by banging on the bathroom door.

Jungkook told jin and Soumin to go sit in the bathtub to avoid any bullets, as he stood next to the door his back facing Soumin.

"open the fucking door I know you're here"
