Soumin's pov:

"if u don't open, I'll just break it"

Jungkook told us to stay calm and quiet, as he took jin's phone and send a text message to someone probably the police.

I'm really amazed that I didn't pee myself already.

I kept looking at jungkook, he seemed to know how to control serious situations like this, but focusing on him, he was sweating and shaking a bit.

"the help on their way" he whispered to us, "we gotta hang on"

"if you don't open this fucking door, I'm gonna break it right now" the man yelled and we heard a click of a gun being charged.

Jungkook's eyes went wide.

"i know you're there, I'm giving you 3 seconds to open" he yelled again.

"1... 2....ok then" and with that he shot the door handles and broke them.

Jungkook pushed himself to the door so that the man won't open it, both of them kept pushing, until the man gave up, or so I thought.

The sound of a bullet echoed through out the room, everything seemed to be on slow motion, jungkook groaned and fell to his knees, gripping his upper thigh with one hand, as the other didn't give up on pushing the door.

Jin stood up from the bathtub, but jungkook soon yelled at him "stay the fuck there"

The man didn't stop pushing the door, and I saw blood soak Jungkook's pants, the man was about to shoot again when we heard people coming in and running to him.

Of course they were the cops, when he stopped pushing the door, we realized that they already caught him and went out of the bathtub.

Jungkook didn't move, he stood there on his knees, his jaw clenching, and painful noises coming out of his lips.

Jin pulled him away from the door and an officer opened it, seeing jungkook injured, he pulled him up on his shoulder and took him to the living room, where he put him down slowly on a sofa.

Me and jin went looking for medical supplies, and when we got back jungkook was in only his boxers and the wound looked pretty painful.

He was bleeding a lot, the other officer was taking the bullet out of his thigh, gripping the sofa with his fists, closing his eyes and groaning in pain, even though it's not the time to think like that but jungkook looked hot.

The officer said that the bullet didn't go through a bone or anything and that he'll probably get better in a month or so.

The other officers took the masked man, and others came back, they talked with jin about what happened, as jungkook passed out on the sofa, apparently they were waiting for him to wake up so they can look into the security cameras, I mean that's what I heard them say to jin.

"should I make breakfast? You probably didn't eat" asked jin.

"I'll help you if you want" and we both went to the kitchen and started cooking for us and the 4 other officers.

~after jungkook woke up:

We were looking through the security cameras, jungkook started the videos when we were laying down and talking, and there was nothing, they fast forwarded to the morning and that's when The camera from outside showed the man doing something to the bell and somehow unlocked the door.

He opened the kitchen window and got inside, which was weird since jungkook said that it was impossible to open the window from outside.

He went to the living room opened the window, then went upstairs, the camera showed him opening different rooms, and the last one was Jungkook's, he stood there looking at me and jungkook sleeping in the dark like a creep.

He didn't move for 5 minutes or more, then he came to the side were I was sleeping, started looking in the nightstand drawer, it looked like he was looking for something specific.

He stopped what he was doing and stood there looking at me, he then touched my hair softly feeling it between his fingers and then pulled it painfully.

He left the room after, and entered another room next to the one we were in, the camera showed him looking around in a closet and stuff like that when me and jungkook woke up.

When we got downstairs, he got back to Jungkook's room and kept looking.

In conclusion he didn't stop looking, and when jin came he stood next to the staircase spying on every word they said, until I was left alone and he went down to look for me and get me.

"so what's going to happen now?" I asked jin, not wanting to stress jungkook more.

"they said you two won't stay here for a while, until they take care of the man and see if he put anything in the house, they will probably get him a new house"

"why do you make it sound this easy?"

"it's easy for them, but for him, I don't know, he's probably traumatized now, he always thought his house is the safest place on earth and now this man got in easily and he could've killed both of you, but from what we saw he's looking for something specific and it was obvious he didn't want to use his gun "

"woah, Jin oppa, how do you know all this stuff?"

"I got a bit of experience you can say" he said confidently his head held higher than my grades.

"oh by the way, how do you know Jungkook oppa, you seem pretty close with him" I asked.

"it's a long story, I'm his older brother's best friend, he and his brother had to stay with me for a while, so we became close and he knows namjoon and yoongi since they visited me a lot at that time"

"oh I see"

"Soumin-ah, go get your bags" said jungkook, who just walked in as if his thigh wasn't just shot an hour ago
