"as it is the last week before spring vacation, I hope you work hard and fix your dreams in your head, don't lose hope and stay motivated and strong" said the teacher, trying to ease the stress we were going through.

"don't forget to motivate your seniors in the last year, and I hope you all become responsible and mature" he added, while giving us the correction of the exams we passed last week, talking about the seniors, we should probably go encourage Jimin and Tae.

"only two exams to go, please work hard on them, even if you feel like failing, these two exams might help u get a higher score, if anyone needs any help, don't hesitate to come talk to me, but not in the exam day" he smiled at the students that were fed up with his talking and waiting for the bell to ring.

And once it did, the whole class vanished, I walked with Areum in the school yard, looking for a specific couple of best friends.

As we both kept wondering around, a person bumped my shoulder, causing him to let go of the books and notes he was holding.

I looked down to see it was none other than Jimin, "what's with yall bumping into me?" I laughed while crunching down to help him.

"OMG Soumin, you're making me look like a bottom" he said and we both broke into laughter.

Areum looked at both of us with a bitchy look, judging us, "both of you are the most bottomed persons ever" she said flipping her hair.

"Areum that's not even a word" I replied her, getting up after helping the guy.

"oh please, as if you don't want your Jaehyunie to hover over you, spank you and dominate the shit out of you" said Jimin like the sassy bitch he is.

"n-no I d-don't-" the girl soon was cut off by someone behind her.

"now that sounds like a good idea to me" we looked up only to see her sweetheart Jaehyunie smirking at her, while she gulped and smiled.

The boy pulled her hand, and the next minute they were both running away.

"what is he even doing in school?" I asked looking at Jimin while we walked away from the scene.

"i would rather not know"

"anyways work hard and don't give up, we're all with you guys don't worry and don't stress too much" I finelly ended my speech to both Jimin and Taehyung, who were already tired of hearing the same shit for a week now, everyone told them to study hard, their family, their neighbors, people they barely knew from school, even the officers that never talked to them.

"talking about seniors, I haven't seen Chanyeol the whole week, isn't he a senior too?" asked Jimin a bit concerned after hearing what Jungkook said last week.

"he only came to take exmas, I saw him in two classes that we share, and he had a blue eye and was wearing a cap and glasses to hide his face, he didn't talk to any of his classmates, and any of the clubmates too" said Taehyung.

"you sure didn't follow him around or something?, cause that's pretty much too specific" asked Jimin looking at the boy up and down.

Tae laughed briefly and whispered a soft "maybe I did?" before we separated ways, letting them go to their next class, as I walked home alone, or so I thought forgetting I have a handsome officer that follows me around anywhere I go.

"did you miss me?" he hugged me from behind, while his hand offered a bouquet of red roses in front of me.

"Jungkook, what is this for?" I asked turning around and hugging him.

"do I need a reason to love you?" he smirked and connected our lips.

I pulled away laughing at him, "ew you smell like baby food" he pouted trying to hide his smile.

"of course I do, I was taking care of Minyongie" he said, holding my hand as we walked together.

"you should see him, he's so smol and cute, and Souhi noona let me hold him and change his diaper and take him to sleep" I laughed at him. ( this made me cring so hard sorry yall)

"she's letting you do everything lmao, I wonder why"

"hahaha anyways, next week we're going to the mountains, and everyone is coming, we're gonna have a small get together since my brother wants to meet his friends again and celebrate his baby's arrival, so jin hyung and his friends will come, and Jaehyun hyung is coming too since he's related to Souhi noona" he said excited while looking at me with the biggest smile ever.

"and you're coming too, I mean Areum is coming Jaehyun invited her earlier" he added.

"i see, that's why he was in school huh?"

"no he went to take Chanyeol" he replied making me feel a bit concerned.

Was I right from the beginning? Is Chanyeol actually a part of a gang?

"is he-" Jungkook cut me off straight forward.

"no Soumin, he's not in your case, it something related to when he got beaten up" he replied me rubbing his thumb on my hand.

We stayed silent for a while until I remembered something.

"wait the hyungs are coming?? I miss them so much, I haven't seen them since the beginning of the year" I said excited.

"wait how do you know them, oh yes yes I forgot you're friends with Jimin and he's friends with them, but don't get too close to them, I'm your only daddy"

"Hahahhahaha, we'll see about that" I replied him, while letting go of his hand running away from him in the empty neighborhood.

It's been a while since I felt free, and the feeling of being watched stopped bothering me, maybe Jungkook was right in the end, it was just me being traumatized.

Jungkook started running after me, both looking like reckless kids enjoying their last days of summer.

It was getting dark, the sun setting and the cold breeze of early spring went through my hair as I ran giggling and smiling.

We were soon in front of my house, but weirdly Jungkook didn't leave, instead he stood next to me as I knocked on the door.

"you're not leaving?" I asked trying not to sound rude.

"nah, I'm staying over for the night" he laughed, and held up a shopping bag that I didn't notice was in his hand from the beginning, "I'm here to give some gifts for your family"

"omo officer you didn't have to" said my mom, as Jungkook offered her some expensive traditional sweets.

"oh please Mrs Shin, it's nothing"

Meanwhile me and my brother.
