"Cat! Get off ya crazy women!"

"Let me do it! It's too big!"

"No it's not!"

"Aw, come on, you let Declan do it!"

"I stopped him too!"

"Stop squirming around!"

Dec let out a giggle as Cat tried to get Ant to sit still long enough for her to style his hair. They were going out to the bar tonight and Cat declared she was fed up with going with a neanderthal so had been chasing the dark haired man around all afternoon with a pair of scissors and hair gel.

Ant had complied with everything- ironing his shirts, dressing up- but he obstinately refused to let Cat come near him with the scissors.

"I like it like this!"

"Your hair's bigger than you are!"

"Says you!"

Dec laughed and giggled out loudly this time at Cat's offended expression as Ant glared down at her. It was really funny to watch the two of them fight, especially since they had discovered that as sweet as Ant acted, he had a tongue on him that was sharper than a sword.

"Guysssss we are gonna miss the performances!" Dec pointed out, hoping for peace.

Cat sighed and finally relented to laying off on the gel as long as Ant combed it enough for his eyes to be visible. Ant tired to bat her hands away as she tired once more to adjust his hair. "Hey, I'm just saying don't comb it like that! I don't want them to think that you're Hitlers child or something!"

Ant stuck his tongue out at her but agreed, breaking out into a grin as Cat left the dressing room she'd let them lounge in to check all the comedians and singers were all okay , "I knew I'd win."

"Did you have to fight her that much though? We've been here for over a hour!" Dec exclaimed.

"It's fun," Ant shrugged, "Plus, I don't trust her putting scissors anywhere near my face. Now shoo, I need to focus on this," he turned to the mirror.

Dec smirked and came up behind him, wrapping his arms around his waist and dropping a soft kiss on his neck, "Focus away."

Ant let out a small 'mm' and one hand automatically came up to tangle itself in his sandy brown hair, "Cat'll be back in a minute."

"Long enough," Dec whirled him around and kissed him firmly, pushing him down onto the dressing table as Ant returned the kiss eagerly, moving his hand to Dec's chest, feeling his heartbeat through the silk shirt and down to rest on his hip. He began to fight back for dominance over the kiss and it didn't take much persuading for Dec to hand it to him.

"Guys- GAH!" Cat's yelp shocked them into pulling apart and they turned to see her standing at the door with her hand over her eyes.

"Declan, get your hands off him, ewwww!" Cat exclaimed and hurried out, muttering, "Just what I needed to see...."

Dec and Ant stared at the door for a second, then looked at each other and burst out laughing.

"Finally! You two quite finished?" Dec rolled his eyes and sat on the bar stool next to Cat as Ant took the seat next to him.

"Two pints please."

"I thought you said you weren't getting drunk tonight? You have work tomorrow don't you?"

"Aye well I'll just have one pint, it won't kill me."
