Snape's betrayal was just as hard to deal with for Sara, as Dumbledore's death.
And without Snape's constant supply of her potion, Sara began to worry about how she would cope without it.
She didn't want to go St Mungo's to get a prescription, as she didn't want the Ministry to realise how dependent she was on it. And if the Ministry fell at any point, this would mean that Voldemort would also learn of her dependency on the potion.
So she went to Mr Mulpepper's apothecary, which didn't sell her potion, meaning that she had to get it from Slug and Jiggers apothecary instead.
Luckily the second shop did have it in stock, so she managed to buy it from there. And thanks to the money left to her by Sirius and her father, she knew that she could easily afford to refill her stock whenever she needed to, for the foreseeable future.

Despite Remus and Tonks only dating for about a month, they decided to get married.
Due to the current state of the world, they didn't want to have a big celebration, or make a big deal of it. So Sara and Tonks' parents would be the only guests on the day.
To save Remus money, Sara loaned him one of her father's suits for the big day. She also lent Tonks some of the jewelry that Sirius had left her, since him and Tonks were cousins, and Sara thought that Sirius would want her to do it.
Instead of hiring out a huge church for the 5 of them, Remus and Tonks decided to get married in a small hall. And instead of a vicar, they just had a young female registra leading the wedding.

"Stop fussing with the collar" instructed Sara.
Remus was stood on her left, pulling anxiously at the bow tie under his collar.
"Are you sure it looks alright?" He asked.
"You look fine Remus, stop stressing" replied Sara.
Remus lowered his arms, and began tugging at his sleeve instead.
"Honestly, you're worse than James was" teased Sara.
"Sorry. I'm just nervous"apologised Remus.
"I can tell. But you don't need to be. You're marrying the woman you love. This should be the happiest day of your life" reminded Sara, as she laced her arm through Remus'.

"You know, this was going to be us once upon a time, getting married" Remus said quietly.
"I know. But that was a long time ago. Back when we were different people" admitted Sara, looking down at Sirius' ring on her finger.
"Yes, that is true... And you're sure that you are O.K with this?" Remus asked.
"If I'm not going to marry you, then someone should. I don't want you spending your life alone, just because I decided not to be with you... I'm glad that you found someone who loves you, to spend the rest of your life with. And I'm happy to be here, giving you away"
"Thank you for being here. I wasn't sure that you would want to be"
"This is the happiest day of your life, where else would I be?".

The door's at the back of the room suddenly swung open, and Tonks began to walk down the aisle, with her parents either side of her.
She was wearing a simple white dress, but her look was elivated by the Black family jewelry Sara had given her.
Tonks' hair was in her favourite shade of pink, despite her parents wish for her to have it a more natural colour.
When Tonks reached Remus, Sara took hold of Remus' hand, and placed it into Tonks', before taking a step back, like Tonks' parents had done.
The service was quick, and very soon they reached the vows, and Sara grinned when the registra said Tonks' full name making her frown. As she knew how much Tonks hated being called Nymphadora.
"I now announce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride" announced the registra.

Remus grinned as he placed his hand on Tonks' cheek, before leaning in and kissing her softly on the lips.
Sara clapped loudly, even though a small part of her ached, to see her Remus kissing another woman.
When Remus had proposed to her all those years ago, Sara had assumed that she would one day be Mrs Lupin.
But now there was a new Mrs Lupin, and Sara was still Miss Burne.
However, the look of happiness on Remus' face filled Sara with joy.
"Congratulations" said Sara, as she approached the happy couple, with a smile on her face.

"Thank you Sara. We wouldn't be here without your help, convincing Remus not to be so stupid about not being with me" grinned Tonks.
"You're welcome. I couldn't very well have two of my good friends being miserable, could I? Besides, you two look very happy together, I'm pleased for you both" replied Sara.
"I'm glad that you could share this special moment with us"
"Me too. Thanks for inviting me"
"That's O.K. The day wouldn't have been complete, without you. You are Remus' oldest friend, and the closest thing he had to family, before he met me"
"I guess that is true"
"But don't worry, I'm sure that you will find your own prince charming very soon".
Sara spun Sirius' ring around her finger, and shook her head.
"It's too late for me, I'm afraid".

"It's never too late for love, Sara" Remus said softly.
"I've already had my second chance at love. I won't be doing it again any time soon" admitted Sara.
"Oh yes, I'm sorry about Sirius. You would have made a beautiful couple" replied Tonks.
"We had several happy years together, that I'm very grateful for... But don't let me bring the mood down. This is your happy day. And don't worry about returning the jewelry straight away, keep it for as long as you like"
"You're too kind Sara. I don't know how I could've done this without you"
"I'm sure you would've found a way. But I'm glad that I could be of some help... Anyway, I'd better get going. I'll leave you two alone, to celebrate together"
"Thank you".
Sara hugged Remus and Tonks goodbye, before leaving the building to Apparate back home, alone.
