"AMY!" Amy ran really fast into the forest, until she lost Sonic and the others. She fell into a deep grass field and started crying. She looked up at the sky, which was blue that it reminded her instantly of her past love..
Sonic the Hedgehog.

"Amy," said a hedgehog. "There you are. I've been looking all over for you--" Scourge found her.

He stopped in mid sentence when he saw that she was sad. "Are you okay? What's wrong, pink?"

"I--" Amy spoke. "I saw him. The hedgehog that broke my heart."

"You mean?--"

"Yes. Sonic." Amy said. "Seeing him, it brought so much emotions out of me that I didn't know what to do or say to him. It was so sudden that I ran off." A tear ran down her eye. "He brings me nothing but sadness, whenever I see the color blue or him for that matter."

Scourge wiped her tear away. "Now, you feel blue when ever you see this blue blur." He said. He laid down next to her. "But that doesn't have to be this way."

It started raining. "I mean, you're not with him anymore. So, you should be happy, right?" He got up and pulled Amy up from the grass field. "You've got me, right?"

"I--Yes."

"Exactly." Scourge took Amy's wrist and began walking. "Doesn't it feel good to be bad? Rebellious? Against him?" He led her to a tree that had shade.

"Yeah." Amy giggled in a nervous tone. "Rebellious?" she said. "And why are we out here, near this tree?"

"To get shade from the rain, of course." Scourge said. "If that's not what you want, we can return back to our hideout."

Amy giggled. "Heh-heh." She said. "No, thanks." She put her hands out. "I don't want to deal with Fiona. She can be...irritating."

She realized what she said and she sweat dropped. "Uh, no offense since you're dating her. She's uh--quite 'lovely'."

"It's okay. I'm not offended at all." Scourge said. "I'm not dating her anymore. I broke up with her because she can be quite controlling, depending on what it is. And I don't like being the boss of nobody and sometimes she can be quite irritating."

"Oh, I didn't know." Amy said, reaching her hand out. "I'm sorry, I--" she pulled back her hand.

Scourge stepped away from the tree. The rain poured onto him. "It's no big." He put his shades on. "Now, why don't we get out of this rain? This tree ain't doing it for shade." He said. "Let's get out of here."

"Uh, sure." Amy stopped standing beneath the tree. "Wait up, Scourge!" She ran after Scourge.

As she was running fast, she then accidentally tripped over a tree branch. "Ahhhh!!!" She fell down.

"Oh great." She picked up her face from the ground. She scowled because mud dripped from her face, ruining her makeup. "Now my face is all muddy."

"Amy!" Scourge stopped with his back turned. "Come on, it's raining a lot. We have to find some place for shelter."

"Okay. I'll be right there." Amy proceeded to get up but she fell down. She winced from the pain that she was feeling. "Scourge!"

Scourge was walking but then stopped. He turned around and growled. "What do you want!? I thought I told you to--"

"I can't get up." Amy said. "I hurt my leg." She looked down at her leg. "I think it's broken."

"Broken? You have got to be kidding me? Right?" Scourge said. "I think you're just saying that so that you don't have to come with me?" He put his hands out. "Or so you can get me to pick you up like a princess!? Well, this ain't the Freedom Fighters, you know."

Amy was surprised with how he was reacting that she hadn't said a word yet. "Now stop being a baby! And get up!" She heard him shout. "I don't have all day, you know."

"I'm NOT being a baby! Why would I Iie to you about this!? That's not what I do!" Amy said. "I'm telling you the truth," she got up and winced from the pain of her leg. "AHHHHH!" She was about to fall until Scourge caught her.

"Oh, so you're not lying?" Scourge said.

"Of course not, you idiot." Amy said.

"Now come on, pinks," Scourge said. "Let's go find some shelter, away from this rain." He carried her like Sonic would to her.

"Uh, what are you doing?" Amy was confused as to why he was carrying her that way.

"I'm helping you. What else do you think?" Scourge kept on walking in the rain, "I'm carrying you since you can't walk because of your broken leg. DUH."

He found a empty cave. He went inside of it. And he set Amy down on the ground to sit against the wall of the cave. "This should keep us away from that rain for a while."

"Scourge."

"Yes?"

"Thank you."

Scourge didn't know what to say to Amy, so he just stood silent. He heard the loud sound of the rain falling down outside. He watched his surroundings. He felt the cold breezes of the wind, making him feel a bit cold.

Amy was shaking nonstop.

"What's wrong, Amy?"

"Sorry, I'm just cold." Amy was shivering.

"Oh, well if you want. Here's my jacket." Scourge took off his jacket and put it on her. "so you're not cold. I don't mind..not using it."

"Oh, thanks."

As Scourge watched the rain fall, he blushed a bit when he felt some sort of physical touch against his arm. He turned around and saw Amy leaning against his shoulder.

She had her eyes closed. 'Oh Amy must of fell asleep. I don't want to bother her. She sure looks like a sweet angel, when she's not being angry like most of the time. I've never seen this side of her before.' He looked at her again and he felt her lightly grab his arm, which made his heart beat a little. 'Cute!? What am I thinking!? I don't have time for that! I can't like someone like her, there is NO way.'
