You broke me
You broke me apart and made me feel worthless
You broke me into a million pieces
Slowly but surely, I didn't know who I was
I felt like a completely different person
I didn't notice it then,
as you brainwashed me into believing otherwise
But as I look back,
I can only think upon the sadness and insecurities
which I formed
You ran on my insecurities
You ran on them as if it was your life
as if it were your lifelong dream
Maybe it was your dream
Maybe it was your dream to control me
to control me for life
You made me into a puppet
You made me into a fool
You never loved me like you said you did
You left me broken on the floor,
and the sad part is that I want you more
