Tobias P.O.V

"Dauntless-Born with Eric and Lauren now!!"yells Six.

I stiffen up. I don't want to be yelled at by her.

"Follow me transfers."She says.

We stop at a spot in where Dauntless talk and like always doing reckless activities.

Six snaps her fingers and yells"Hey focus!!"

I look at her and she begins to speak,"This is the Pit the center of life in the faction of Dauntless."

She leads us to another location.

She takes us to a river type area."This is the Chasm one stupid reckless leap and your life is snatched from right under you."

I shudder at the thought of a body falling towards the bottom until they reach nothing but utter darkness.

After our visit to the Chasm, Six told us our schedule, training phases, and she settled us in.

"Hi I'm Will."says the boy that has decided to bunk with me.

"Hi I'm Tobias."

"Do you think we're going to make it?"

"I don't even know. Everything is so different and more complicated. I just needed to be free and get out from...never mind."

"From what Tobias? I mean I think we have a friendship developing here."He answers.

I chuckle.

I can't tell him about Marcus. Well maybe not yet. Maybe after I know I can trust him. I have to lie.

"I just needed to leave Abnegation."

He nods and says"Yeah. I needed to leave those conceded Erudite."

At dinner I kept quiet except when I talked with Will and our new friend Christina from Candor.

After that I settled in and went to bed immediately.
