Aurora's POV
One week later
It's been one week since my sister died and that message i got from an unknown person.Today is her funeral...I don't know if i can get through this but i need to be strong.For my parents.In the morning i woke up.
I got up even though i didn't want to and i ate breakfast.I was wearing black dress.
I was deep in thoughts until someone broke me from my thoughts.
"Sweetie are you ready?"My mom asked
"Yeah."I closed my eyes and took a shaky breath
"Let's go."My dad said when he walked inside.
We got into the car and drove to the church.When we arrived,Nate was already there.When he saw me he walked towards me and embraced me in a tight hug.
"I'm right here.It's going to be okay."He whispered in my ear.
He took my hand and as i was going up the stairs i tripped.Classy me.I prepared my self for the crash but it never came.I was enveloped in two strong arms with a familiar scent.Nate had his arms around my waist to steady me and my hands were around his neck.
"You're too clumsy for your own good love."Nate said breathless.
"I know."I said letting out a small chuckle.After we were done we went for a walk in the park.
"I want ice-cream"I said
"Okay.Let's go get some."He chuckled
We bought ice-cream and sat on the grass in the park to eat it.
I had my head against a tree and my eyes were closed.
Someone touched my shoulder and i jumped.
"What the-"I started
"Aurora it's me,calm down!"That's when i realized that i fell asleep.Oopsie
"Sorry."I muttered
"Are you okay?"He asked me
"Yes.No...I mean- Yes.I don't know."I groaned
"You know you can talk to me right?We're in this together."He said
"I know."I whispered
"It's just that,Alexa was not only my sister she was my bestfriend.Now that she's gone.I feel empty without her."I said and in that moment i realized that i was crying.
(let's pretend that her sister's name isn't Jessica now it's Alexa i had an idea for the next chapters)
He sighed."I know that you miss her but just so you know she's not gone.She'll always be with you-in your heart.You are so much alike you too.You are both kind,beautiful,intelligent.When i see you i can see her face.So no she's not gone.She lives inside of you."
When he was done i was with my mouth hanging open.
"When did you become such a deep person?"I laughed through my tears
"I guess you have that effect."He replied
He wrapped his arms around me and we stayed there wrapped in eachothers arms.It was silent.It wasn't an awkward silence.There was nothing to say.
"Thank you."I said
He brought his mouth to my ear.
"Anything for you Griffin."He replied

Nathan's POV
It was nice having her in my arms even she wasn't mine yet.I would do anything for her.To protect her.That's how it is.
I need to clear my feelings before either of us gets hurt.Well then...things are gonna be strange or should say awkward?
I woke up and saw that it was midnight.
"Oh no.Our parents will kill us"I said
"Aurora wake up!"I said
She stirred.
"Come on!Geez woman wake up!"I said slowly getting frustrated
"I'm up!Geez!Chill out."She replied
"It's twelve o'clock for god's sake Rory!Our parents are gonna have our heads on a spear if they find out we stayed out here for so long!"I said.
"Geez!Tense much?"She replied
"Let's go then!"She finally said
We walked back home together and then parted ways.
I went to the door.
"Thank god i have the key."I thought
I opened the door.And tiptoed trying not to make any noise
Before i could even go up to my room,the lights turned on.
"Nathan?Is that you sweetheart?"My mom asked
"Where on earth have you been young man!I was about to call the police!"
Oh boy.I'm in so much trouble.
I mentally facepalmed
"Darn right you are."A voice in my head said

Aurora's POV
I opened the door and tiptoed to go up to my room without making any noise.
I got inside and let out a scream when i found my mom sitting on the bed with her hands folded on her chest.
Where have you been young lady!I've been worried sick.I thought something happened to you.I want an explanation!
Oh lord.
Can someone dig a hole so that i can hide?
