Chapter 16

Sleep was a far off memory for you that night. Your processor was swimming with everything that has happened the waters wouldn't still long enough for you to get some rest. Asher would be back in the morning, and you went sure if you felt completely safe now. 

There was so many questions that weren't answered that you were left on high alert at in an uneasy state. You spark was pulsing what felt like much too fast and your processor ached so much it heard to keep your optics open. You shouted in surprise when your comms suddenly buzzed harshly against you audio.

You took a deep vent and glanced at the time and noticed it was early morning. You heaved a soft sigh and answered the comm still aggressively buzzing against your audio.

¨:;Hello?..;:¨ You asked in a tired voice 

¨:;Um.. (y/n), I know it's early and stuff... but I think you should come over here.. cause something weird happened...;:¨ It was the co-worker watching your child 

You shot up abruptly, ¨:; What happened!?;:¨

¨:;Everyone's okay... Just something weird happened, but I must restate, everyone is fine.;:¨ The co-worker said as you scrambled to get out the door 

¨:;Just tell me what happened!!;:¨ You huffed rushing to the street and transforming

¨:;I um... Think its better if you come over and see for yourself...;:¨ she stated quietly 

You gave a soft growl as you sped down the mostly empty roads towards your co-workers home. Worry started to settle in causing yet another sharp stab of stress to spike your systems. Your tires squealed as you whipped in front of the co-workers home. 

You transformed and rushed in not bothering to knock. Your co-worker was there to greet you and try to get you to slow down a little as you sped searched for your son.

You soon found the little dino bot.. as a small dino. You heaved a very stressed sigh out in relief and gave your co-worker a slightly annoyed look. As your son did a cute little roar as he played with his friend.

¨You could just tell me he transformed??¨ You grumbled

¨Look I am pretty sure it's his first transformation and I was not expecting a dinosaur in my house so early in the morning!¨ She huffed 

You sighed and walked into the room to which Asher exitedly noticed you were there and rushed over in a very chipper mood for it being so early.

¨Mummie! Look! I dinosaur!¨ He laughed happily 

You smiled and crouched down a little to pet the little t-rex's helm, ¨I can see that baby.¨ 

He did a happy little dino hop and released a squeaky roar at you. A soft loving smile could help but slid over your face as you pet his helm once again. He giggled happily little tail wagging away.

¨I love you buddy.¨ You spoke softly 

¨I love you too mummie!¨ He laughed happily 

¨You can keep playing, I'll just be in the living room.¨ You nuzzled his helm gently 

¨Otay!¨ He laughed and once again started to chase his friend as you stood up

This was something that brightened your mood. 

For now anyways.
