"What do you guys think the fight was about?" Drew asks in between mouthfuls of his sandwich.

I had just sat down with my own lunch, but one look at Drew and my appetite was almost gone.

"Dude, you need to learn how to eat," Jason sputters with a look of disgust.

Drew just shrugs, and continues talking. "I heard it was over some guy or shit like that, but that Lex slammed Elizabeth into the lockers and threatened to like punch her." He emphasis that word and his eyes go big.

Ray slaps Drew across the back of his head. His food comes barreling out of his mouth and lands on my tots. "What the hell man?" Drew chokes out, and looks at my plate and gives me a sorry look.

Okay, now I definitely lost my appetite.

"Get your facts straight," Ray chuckles as he sits down. "It was obviously a drug deal gone bad." We all look at him, confusion evident on our faces.

"I heard it from a source that Lex tried to sell Elizabeth some weed, but that Elizabeth told her no and was going to report her. Lex got mad and shoved Elizabeth into the lockers and threatened to kill her." He finally finishes with a look of smugness.

"And where did this source get their information?" Jason asks completely not buying the story.

"Well she heard it from a friend who was there and saw it happen."

"Ahh," Jason nods knowingly, "so this source is of the female variety. And who is this female and where did you and her meet up to pass this information?"

Ray blushes at the question and mumbles something underneath his breath.

"What was that, Ray?" Jason cups his palm over his ear and leans across towards Ray.

"Rebecca. In the janitor's closet." Ray rubs his hand on his neck, and unknowingly brings all of our attention to the slight bruise forming on his neck underneath his jaw.

"Dude! Is that a hickey?" Drew shouts loudly enough that the table next to us gives us odd looks. "My man!" He puts his hand up and Ray sheepishly high fives him.

"Okay so maybe my source isn't reliable, but I wish I had been there to see it from the beginning. See some girl on girl action." He smirks.

I hadn't actually seen anything happen. I had just come out of the men's room near the doors and I walked out seeing the guys staring. I looked up and could make out Elizabeth yelling at Lex as she walked away. Lex didn't even bother to turn around and just flipped Elizabeth off. Which had the guys in a hoot. My eyes stayed on Lex as she made her way towards the door. In the last second before reaching the doors, she turned to me and gave me the angriest look ever. It barely lasted a second as she pushed her way out, but in that moment all I saw was pure anger. Her brown eyes were pitch black and I could almost feel the hatred pouring out of her.

To say I was taken aback is an understatement. I have no clue what the hell is going on, but that made it the third time Lex and I interacted in a very particular way within twenty-four hours. I've never even talked to her since she's come back, and I barely muttered hellos before then. But for what it is, it's almost like there's a pull. I don't know how to explain it, but it's leaving me restless.

"Yo, did you hear that Lakeside's new goalie is a fucking giant?" Ray looks over at Jason.

"Yeah dude's suppose to be like bigger than you!" Drew chirps in, thankfully albeit food chucking.
