Hey guys sorry I know it's been a while but I'm here so enjoy this update xx This chapter gets better as it progresses xx (well I think it does)

Dean'sPOV:
I was sitting in my room just browsing over some old lore books when there was a knock on my door.

"Come in" I called not taking my eyes off the book.

"Hello Dean" I hear the familiar gruff voice.

"Hey Cas what's up?" I question looking up at him. He's cheeks have a red tinge to them. Strange.

"Well umm Gabriel and Sam have gone out for the day and I was wondering if we could go do something.... together." He looks down towards the end of his sentence. I can feel my cheeks heat up at the thought of spending the whole day alone with Cas,

Is this a date

What if it is

Oh don't flatter yourself Dean he probably means just going out as friends like Sam and Gabe.

"Umm yeah sure we're ya thinking of going." He ponders for a moment before going to say something but quickly closing his mouth again.

"I don't mind Dean you may pick we're we go." He answers formally he hasn't been doing that unless he wants something, or greeting people.

"It's ok Cas it was your idea you can choose we're we go." I answer getting off of the bed.

"Are you sure?"

"Of course just wait for me to get ready." I say looking down at my pjs. He nods and exits my room quietly closing the door behind him. As I'm about to go to my bathroom I hear a little squeal of excitement coming from the other side of the door. I chuckle before entering. Today's going to be great.

Cas'sPOV:
I squeal as I exit Deans room glad he let me choose we're we go today. If I'm being completely honest I've had this planned out for a while. I have a confession only Sam and Gabriel know about. I am hopelessly in love with the righteous man. The one and only Dean frigin Winchester. I knew I had feelings for him when I raised him from perdition, but because of my vessel he won't ever correspond those feelings, so I can just spend the rest of our lives dropping hints and just playing it off as doing something nice. During my mind wondering Dean must have come in because now he is in front of me. Quite literally.

"Umm can I help you?" I say taking a step back clearing my throat.

"Cas what were you thinking about man I've been trying to get you attention for like 5 minutes." He laughs

"Oh um n-nothing just thinking of what we're going to do today." I lie smiling at him.

"Um ok well what are we doing then?" He questions I debate wether to be nice and tell him or make him sweat and wait to see, but decided against it when I thought about not making him mad right before we go out.

"Well I was thinking about going to the zoo and then out for dinner and I saw that there was a fair near by and thought we could go?" I say almost questioning.

"That actually sound really fun can't wait." He says  winking whilst walking away. I know that my cheeks are bright red, I cough and follow him to the car with a bounce in my step excited for today's events.

Dean'sPOV:
Cas seems really excited for today, which I'm glad about, he hasn't had it easy since becoming human but hey he'll get there. We pile in the car and begin our journey to the zoo.

We had been driving in silence, when a thought occurred to me

"Hey Cas?"

"Yeah?"
