"I'm sorry what?" May asks.

Tony thought about Peter."I mean if that's okay-- Peter I'm not trying to stress you-- or -- or I don't want to pressure you or anything-- just a suggestion since you might live with me and--"

"Yes." Peter said.

"What?" May and Tony both asked.

"I like that idea." Peter smiled. Tony held back tears of joy as he saw Peter's genuine smile. Something he hadn't seen in a while.

-- time skip --

It was moving day. Since Tony Stark was Tony Stark they had already made the joint gaurdianship offical, and kept it a secret.

Peter walked into the tower with May.  Their stuff had already been put into their rooms. Peter went into his room. It hadn't changed. Infact it looked like no one went in there since the last time he was here.

Same white and blue bed, same dark brown table, same bookshelves, same walk-in closet, same dressers, same paintings, same shelves, same toys, and the same window. Or as Peter called it, the Peter door. That'd how he came to the tower when he was Spidermanning.  Through that specific window.

"Hey Peter! Welcome back." A voice said from behind. It scared peter and peter jumped up to the ceiling on all fours. Peter looked down to see Bucky, Steve, Bruce, Natasha, Rhodey, Pepper and Morgan with a welcoming smile.

"Hey!! Guys!" Peter crawled towards them and lowered himself on a Web so they were face to face. He flipped to his feet and gave everyone a hug.

-time skip to dinner-

"So Peter how's school?" Nat asked, swallowing a bite of food.

"It's great! I mean my grades are skyrocketing and in chemistry class, we started this project and Ned and I are working on--" Peter blurted out with his usual enthusiasm, which Morgan giggled at

Everyone just smiled as Peter explained their project using big hand motions which Morgan copied.

"That's great sweetie. What are you gonna do for Halloween?" May asked, "You know, the huge halloween party your friend throws every year and you try not to go but I force you to anyway?"

Sure. Friend. It was Flash. Flash threw a huge halloween costume party every year. Every year he would be harassed, so every year he would beg May to let him stay home. Every year May told Peter to go out more and socialize. Peter did, came back home with brushes and cuts, got healed quickly, and pretend nothing happened.

"Halloween? That's in October May." Peter stated.

"Yeah, one week." Steve answered.

"Wait what? I thought it was August." Peter said. The last time he was at the tower it was August. The last time he checked the date, it was August. Apparently, now it was October. What?!

"Don't worry Pete." Bucky said with a smirk, "we will help you find the perfect costume."
