"Morning sleeping beauty" Clint grins as Peter waalks out the elevator rubbing his eyes

"What time is it?" Peter groans

"It is 12:42 P.M" FRIDAY said.

"Oh. Its already noon?" Peter replied.

"Yeah, you must've been tired." Tony suggested.

"Yeah... I guess." Peter replied.

"So, what happened to Spiderman?" Sam questioned. Nat elbowed him and hissed.

"Oh... I was just busy." Peter mumbled. Which wasn't a lie, it just wasn't the entire story. He wanted to avoid Tony. Peter walked to the fridge and opened it, used to seeing nothing but instead, he saw a full fridge.

"Are you hungry?" Pepper asked, standing from the couch and walking to Peter.

"A little." Peter answered. Cereal. That would be fine. He had forgotten where it was.

"What do you want?" Pepper asked.

"I don't care. I'll take some cereal or something." Peter answered. Pepper smiled and opened the top cabinet grabbing some lucky charms and pouring them into a bowl.

"So Peter, what's your plan for today?" Steve asked, adjusting himself to look at Peter.

"I don't really know, I have some homework to finish." Peter replied, taking a spoonful of cereal.

"Well we was wondering if you wanted to go with us to one of Tony's party things" Natasha says.

"Sure. Where are we gonna go?" Peter asked.

"You. Aren't going anywhere. Spiderman is." Tony answered

"Oh-hoh-hoh cool! What's this about?" Peter answered.

"Well I mean Tony made you an avenger in the donut thing but no one else really knows. So we were gonna announce spiderman as an avenger." Bruce explained. Peter's face brighten and his smile got even bigger, if that was possible.

"That's so cool!! What time?" Peter asked, excited

"Not until 6:30." Clint answers.

-- time skip to 3: 45 -- (Peter is out spidermanning for the first time in forever)

"I hate quiet days." He told Karen, sitting on a building as paparazzi swarmed beneath him, "It's like, do people even appreciate me coming all the way out here?"

"People appreciate it, look down Peter. " Karen assured.

"No I mean the bad guys." Peter said.

"It seems your returning scared the criminals." Karen answered. Almost every news channel was buzzing about spiderman returns and interviewers screaming up the building he was sitting on.

Then Peter heard a thud, he turned. His Spidey senses didn't say anything so it couldn't be something dangerous.

"Hello?" He asked the dumpster. He walked over, opening the black top of the green box.

He was a small puppy whimper.

"Hey buddy." Peter whispered reaching for the dog. When Peter got too close, the dog whimpered as scorched back.

"Oh sorry. I guess the mask can be a little scary." Peter smiled and took off the mask and the dog relaxed a bit, allowing Peter to take him.

Peter lifted the dog from the dump and placed it on the ground.

"You must be hungry. Here have some of my sandwhich. I wasn't gonna eat it anyway." Peter offered, holding out his sandwhich. The dog quickly finished the sandwhich and barked happily at Peter.

"I'm gonna call you Sandwhich." Peter smiled petting the dog, "So Sandwhich, how do you feel about coming home with me?" The dog walked over to Peter and cuddled it. "What about heights? There's no other way out..."

--time skip to 4:00 -- (Peter and Sandwhich swung back to the tower)

"Shhhhhhh. Okay? Let's get you clean." Peter told Sandwhich as he put Sandwhich on the floor as filled up the tub with water and bubbles.

"Incoming call from Tony's room." FRIDAY announced.

"No no no don't answ--"

"Hey kid Friday just told me you got back. How was Spidermanning again?" Tony asks.

"It was great yeah. I have to go talk to you later." Peter says

"Wait wait. What's going on kid? Is that water I hear?" Tony asks.

"NO! No. I mean. Uh. Yeah. I'm going to take a shower. Mmhm cuz that's something I would do. Totally believable." Peter answered.

"Peter I--"

"FRIDAY end call!" Peter shouted and the voice disappeared.

Peter got Sandwhich clean and put him on the bed.

There was a knock on his door.

"Can I come in?" He heard May's voice.

"UHHHHHHHHHHHH", Peter dragged out as he grabbed Sandwhich, climbed to the ceiling and putting him in the vents, "Yep yeah come on in."

"Hey swee-- why are you always on the ceiling. You know one day your gonna pass out from too much blood on your head." May said as she walked in.

"I just wanted to make sure everything was okay? You know it's the first time spidermanning in a while." May said.

"Uh no, yeah I'm fine. Perfect." Peter answered.

Woof!

"Peter what was that?" May asked.

"Definitely not a dog I snuck back after seeing on patrol and named sandwhich cuz I gave him my sandwhich." Peter replied.

"Peter you can't do that." May said.

"But May!!" Peter whined, flipping off the ceiling.

"Remember the last time you brought home a dog?" May reminds.

"it was one time, May. ONE TIME!" Peter said.

"What did I do?" May questions.

"Gave it to the shelter." Peter groans.

"AND, I got you a fish instead." May added.

"Ha. I named it after you." Peter remembered.

"Please don't."

"In your honor."

"No."

"May the fish."

"Peter."

"Okay okay I'll stop." Peter replied.

"Give it to the shelter I'm sure it will find a nice owner." May said, walking out.

"UGGHHHHH. FINE." Called out, climbing up the ceiling to get sandwhich.

Peter gave Sandwhich to the shelter and got in his Iron spider suit for the Avengers announcing thing.
