I woke up with my back against Brandon. His hand was laying on my stomach under my sweater. I laid there happily for a few hours.
Brandon woke up and softly rubbed my skin. He pulled me in closer and kissed the top of my head. I can't control myself around him. I stretched a little and turned to face him.
"Good morning Sammy." He mumbled in a raspy voice. Oh my god.
"Good morning." I said quietly while burying my face in his chest. I looked up at him and saw him starring at me. I looked down and buried my face in his chest again.
He chuckled deeply making my stomach do jumps. I focused on the feeling of his hands in my body.
"What do you wanna do today?" Brandon asked and I shrugged. "Do you want to go out or stay in?" He asked again.
"Stay in." I mumbled into his chest. He mumbled an okay and held me closer. I looked up at him and he looked so peaceful. Fuck it. "Hey Brandon, will you protect me from Josh?" I asked quietly.
"Of course Sam. Why?" He asked. My mind was screaming at itself not to tell him.
"Because I really like you." I mumbled softly looking up in his eyes. He smiled sweetly and moved my hair from my face.
"I've noticed." He laughed and my mind started running. "I really like you too." He said sweetly. I smiled at him and his eyes melted into mine. "So what are we going to do with this information?" He asked.
"I don't know." I mumbled thinking about the last time I tried to break up with Josh. "I just don't know what to do about Josh." I mumbled.
"Whether you want to be with me or not, I'm making you break up with him. He won't hurt you anymore." He said and softly ran his finger over a bruise on my jaw.
I looked down horrified about what's going to happen when I talk to Josh. Brandon softly put his finger under my chin making me look up at him.
"You're going to be okay. I promise." He said sweetly and I smiled weakly at him.
"I'm gonna shower." I said trying to get out of the situation. He looked sad and nodded.
"Wanna watch a movie after?" He asked sweetly. It's already 1:20 in the afternoon. I grabbed my towel and stripped out of my clothes. The bruises are getting darker and my cuts are itchy. I pulled myself away from the mirror and got into the shower.
I stayed in the water much longer than I should have. I finally got out and dried myself off before putting on my clothes.
I left the bathroom and met Brandon in the living room.
"What kind of movie do you want to watch?" He asked sweetly while I joined him on the couch. I shrugged and he decided on a comedy.
He wrapped his arm over my shoulder and pulled me in close. I looked up at Brandon and he was watching me.
"You look really cute." He mumbled and I blushed before looking back at the tv. I shouldn't have told him. We both laid down and he held me close to his body. I want to kiss him, but I can't do anything until I tell Josh.
His hand slowly rubbed my hip making me lose concentration. I let my eyes close and I slowly fell asleep against him.
