Brandon has been flirting a lot but we aren't doing anything until I break up with Josh. Sadly Josh is coming over to my house tonight.
I got out of Brandons bed and walked to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and sighed looking at the bruises on my face. What's happening. I splashed my face with some cold water before joining Brandon in bed. His arms wrapped around me and I smiled to myself.
I'm glad that Brandon is going to be with me when I break up with Josh but I'm horrified for the next time I'm alone with him. I turned towards him and buried my face into his chest. He held me close and I softly rubbed shapes on his hip.
He woke up not much later and pulled me in closer. I looked up at him and he smiled sweetly.
"Good morning." He said happily making me smile.
"Good morning." I mumbled back and cuddled into him again. He held me close and I smiled to myself.
"Do you want to go to your house and play video games until Josh comes by?" Brandon asked sweetly. I nodded but didn't move away from him. "Okay." He mumbled but didn't let me go. We laid there for a while before getting up and getting dressed.
We walked down to my apartment and I locked the doors. We went to my room and sat down on my bed. I leaned against him while we chose a game.
We played for hours. He's so much better than me at every game, but it's still fun. He kept looking over at me with a smirk.
"What are you smiling about?" I asked while looking over at him.
"I just keep thinking that in a few hours, you'll be single." He said and smiled sweetly. I blushed and used the moment while he's distracted to win the match. "I thought we were a having a moment." He laughed.
"I had to." I mumbled. I looked at the clock and it's already 4:30. "Josh is supposed to be here soon." I said sadly.
"It's okay. I'm not going to let him hurt you anymore." He said sweetly and kissed the top of my head. "I'll be right next to you the whole time." He mumbled.
"I'm gonna shower really quick." I mumbled. I grabbed a change of clothes and walked into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and stripped off my clothes. I looked in the mirror and sighed. I have so many bruises. I got into the warm water and washed my body and hair. I got out and dried off before putting on my clothes.
When I walked out, I laid down on my bed. Brandon joined me and softly laid his hand on my waist.
"Are you okay?" He asked sweetly. I nodded and sighed softly. "Alright. I'm gonna take a quick shower." He went into the bathroom and I walked to Chris's room. I opened the door and sat on his bed.
"I feel so weak." I mumbled and sighed. I heard a knock on the front door and started shaking. Where's Brandon. I walked to the bathroom door and the shower was still running. I heard the knocking again but louder. Fuck.
I walked to the front door and unlocked it revealing Josh. He leaned in for a kiss but I pulled away.
"Really? I haven't seen you in a few days and you won't even kiss me." He said angrily before wrapping his hand around my throat.
"Please stop." I wheezed and he seemed to get more upset. He held me up and punched me in the cheek a few times before dropping me making my head slam onto the wooden floors.
"Why can't you just follow directions?" He yelled. He kicked me hard in the chest and I coughed harshly feeling dizzy. He kicked be a few more times and I felt blood dripping from my mouth.
"Get away from him!" I heard Brandon yell. Josh looked down at me angrily.
"Are you fucking kidding me!" Josh yelled and kicked me hard in the stomach. Brandon must've gotten him away from me because the kicks stopped. My vision is blurry and I can't focus. I tried to sit up but I couldn't. There's too much yelling. It's too loud.
A little while later I felt a hand gently touch my shoulder. I winced and started shaking slightly at the feeling.
"It's okay Sammy." Brandon said sweetly and I looked at him.
"I'm sorry that I didn't break up with him." I said sadly.
"I gave him a pretty good memo." Brandon said with a sad smile. He softly touched the new cut on my cheek. "I'm so sorry I wasn't around to help you." He said sadly.
"I'm fine." I mumbled. I tried to move but whimpered quietly. He carefully picked me up and brought me to my room.
"Can I see what he did?" He asked sweetly. I nodded my head and he slowly pulled my shirt off. "Why didn't you tell me about this?" He asked.
"I was scared." I said softly. He looked into my eyes and he looked so sad. I hate that I make him sad. I wish I could make him happy.
"What were you afraid of?" He asked sadly. Grabbing a tissue and dabbing the blood on my face.
"I knew you'd talk to him and I didn't want you to get hurt." I said sadly. He laid down next to me and softly wrapped his arm around my waist.
"You don't have to protect me. It's my job to watch out for you." He said in a sad voice.
"I'm sorry." I mumbled. I turned with my back against Brandon and he softly grabbed my hand. I'm still shaking and tried to relax my aching body.
"Are you okay." He asked sweetly. I nodded and he softly kissed the top of my head. I moved back to be closer to him and his hand softly grabbed my hip. "Hey Sammy?" He asked in a whisper.
"Yeah." I mumbled back with a small smile on my face.
"What are we going to do? Like do you need time before I can ask you on a date or can I do it now?" He asked and I could practically hear the smirk on his face.
I turned to face him and he smiled sweetly at me.
"When would you want to go on this date?" I asked with a smile.
"Tomorrow?" He asked with a small chuckle. I smiled at him and nodded.
"Tomorrow sounds great." I mumbled with a blush
"Im gonna go make some food, do you want some?" He asked and shook my head. He left the room and I took off my jeans before getting under the covers.
I laid there shaking slightly and thinking. Maybe I'll feel better now that I'm not with Josh. I laid there for a while and heard my door squeak open.
Brandon laid down behind me and softly wrapped his arm around my waist making me smile to myself.
"Good night." He mumbled sweetly and kissed the top of my head. I laid there for a while, but my mind was racing. I felt Brandons hand slowly ran over my exposed skin.
I fell asleep to the feeling of Brandon touching me. I love him.
