I feel wrong. I opened up my eyes but the lights are too bright. I whimpered quietly and felt a hand grab mine.
"You're awake? Do you feel okay?" I heard Brandon ask anxiously and I relaxed a little.
"I don't know." I mumbled quietly "I think I need to go to the hospital." I mumbled. My body just feels numb and broken.
"You're in the hospital. I'll call the doctor in." He said sweetly. He let go of my hand making me whimper quietly and he walked out. I tried to open my eyes and they slowly adjusted to the light. A doctor came in and smiled at me.
"We weren't expecting you back so soon." He said happily. "How are you feeling?" He asked.
"I don't feel much, just numb and sore. What happened?" I asked quietly.
"The cops believe that you were beaten, stabbed, and cut open by your father. You lost a lot of blood but you should be okay." He said sadly. "You'll have to be here for a while to heal and so we can watch for signs of internal bleeding." He said sadly. We talked for a little while before he left and Brandon walked over to me.
"I'm so glad that your okay, they didn't know if you'd wake up for three days." He said sadly with tears in his eyes. I tried to grab his hand, but my arm was too weak.
"I'm okay." I mumbled quietly. He grabbed my hand and softly kissed my forehead. I smiled a little and weakly squeezed his hand.
"I'm so glad you are. I don't know what I would've done without you." He said sweetly. He softly moved my hair from my face and smiled at me.
"How's Oliver?" I asked and he chuckled a little. We talked about Oliver for a while and he told me he brought him to his place. I smiled while hearing about the cat that I've grown to love.
We stayed there talking for a while until the sun set.
"I should probably get going. I'll be back tomorrow." He said sweetly. He kissed my forehead and I tried to move so he would kiss me. He pulled away and smirked before kissing me softly. I wanted to put my hand in his hair, but I couldn't move my arms. He pulled away and smiled at me. "Alright I really should go. Goodnight Sammy.
He walked out of the room and I sighed. I miss him. I fell asleep thinking about his lips.
