"Hey, hey, hey, slow down there little lady, no one's coming to kill you" a curly haired boy stops me in my tracks.
"Excuse me drummer boy, but there is and I really don't want him to get me." I scoff.
"I'd prefer to go by Ashton, but okay."
I look at Ashton in urgency to move on but I feel a presence at my back.
"Ah, Ash you got her. Thanks man because I thought I was going to pass out if I kept running." Luke says clutching his chest.
Ashton laughs at his statement.
"Anytime Lukey, who is this lady then?"
Luke takes a look at me because I can feel his eyes burning a hole in my back.
"This is Jess, she's a friend of mine,"
Friend of mine? We've only met. Has Luke let the little incident slide? I don't know if we can be friends. But, there's something about Luke that makes me feel happy.
Ashton snaps me back into reality.
"Nice to meet you Jess, you staying for the show?"
I show Ashton my VIP pass.
"Ohhhhh classy" Ashton jokes.
"Okay, okay, enough. Jess we have to go. See ya later Ash." Luke pushes forward to signal me to move on.
I get dragged along by Luke and I quickly wave back at Ashton
"Bye Ashton" I shout and he returns a smile.
