I roll down my sleeves and look at myself again in the mirror. Lifeless. My arms and are scared from all the horrible things that has happened to me during my life. My grades are bad, my chances with boys are bad and my health is bad. I suffer with depression and anorexia. I know my anorexia is killing me day by day but that's my goal.

It's quite cold out so I put on some ripped skinny jeans and a baggy long sleeved shirt to cover my cuts.

I check my phone to see what time it is , 11:20 am. Today I am being brought to Croke Park to see One Direction perform but I get to enter early. Paul Higgins is my uncle so he is bringing me to soundcheck. Some girls call me lucky, but Uncle Paul is just Uncle Paul. I've met the boys before but I've never been backstage at anything.

I begin to pack a little bag with basic things inside; makeup, phone, tickets and blades because I might get bored.

A black 8 seater van pulls up outside and I see Paul stepping out. I quickly fix my hair in the mirror and head out the door, locking it.

We arrive at Croke Park and there are already lots of fans waiting outside. They must have thought that we were the boys because they were banging on the window.

The driver stops in a parking lot full of busses. This place is huge. I've been here before with family to watch football but I've never been where all the busses usually be.

Paul turns around and gives me a VIP pass.

"Jess, now listen carefully. The fans are really protective. If they see you, they will be curious. Don't go near them. Soundcheck will begin at 1:30 so if you want, you can go sit in a stand or you can stand near the stage but don't wander off"

I take in his orders and begin to get out of the van.

"Okay, see you later Paul."

A/N: I'm sorry that this chapter is crappy but in the next chapter things are about to happen :-)
