Just Wait And See

David was gone for a couple of hours. He knew Melissa was worried because she kept calling. Of course he answered and told her he was okay, but he just needed some space. He was on the verge of shifting and he was not ready for her to see that. So he went for a run in some nearby woodland area. It wasn't much and it had still been daylight, but he made it work.

Now he was on a real mission. He stood on the edge of the forest searching for his prey. The scent from his blood was permanently etched into his memory.he could sense him all the way across campus. He sensed he was heading right in his direction and after a few minutes he was finally in his eyesight. He was holding an ice pack to the back of his head. David laughed to himself at how pussy ol' boy was being.

The sun had finally set and in the cover of darkness he was able to do what he needed. He shifted back into his beast letting him take control.

Max head hurt like a son of a bitch! He was sure he was gonna pass out before he got to the health office. He only went to Liz's place to apologize again. He was gonna keep apologizing until she took him back. He made a mistake. He was so lit that night most of it was a blur. Flashes of some girl sucking him off and Liz finding them was the clearest thing he could remember.

Liz was different from any of the other girls he dealt with. She was always so self assured in what she wanted in life and her confidence was unbreakable. She was beautiful inside and out. Unfortunately he was a fucking idiot. He wasn't here on a scholarship and a minimum wage job was not helping. So he needed fast money or he would have to leave school. He still was unsure what he wanted to do with his life but being a chef was what he wanted all his life. His mother and father owned a diner near a truck stop so it ran in his blood. He thought it was what he wanted but lately it just didn't feel right. The only thing that did was his relationship with Liz. Now, it felt like everything was falling apart.

A distance snap brought his attention to the trees next to him. It was dark and he couldn't really see anything. He figured it was just a woodland creature, then there was another snap. He looked harder and it seemed like something was glowing from the darkness. He felt his feet moving closer into the darkness. It want his choice and he had no idea why he was doing it. His heart started to beat faster while the rest of his body moved without his control. He had no time to react when a giant figure flew at him. A scream was trapped in his throat as the strange creature squeezed it between it's hand...or was it a claw?

He was being dragged into the woods by this beast. His heart was racing and if he could he would be screaming at the top of his lungs. It's nails dug into the flesh of his neck. He could feel the blood dripping down. Next thing he knew he was being thrown into a tree. The collision broke a few of his bones. He groaned as he landed hard on the ground. He tried to lift himself up but his body wouldn't cooperate. The creature growled drawing his attention back to it. It stalked towards him while he was unable to move, unable to feel anything but the fear coursing through his body.

The scent of blood sent East into a frenzy. He started clawing at the weak pale human, tearing him to shreds. His screams were gargled by the fluid in his lungs. He took his fangs and dug them into his neck ripping the flesh straight from his bones. The fluid dripped down is throat warming the contents of his stomach. He growled in appreciation. Oddly, Dave was also satisfied as he was usually disgusted with the metallic taste.

Now time to get rid of the body.

Chris banged on the door for the fifth time. She been playing games with a nigga for a couple weeks now. They been speaking through phone only. They would talk for hours - mostly him flirting and her deflecting - and texting throughout the day. But whenever he would suggest they kick it in person she always came up with some bullshit excuse. So here he was at her front door where she couldn't run.
